Didn't care for the dentist. Didn't like the office in general.

This is my first review ever. I first called the office and asked if my plan was in network, and I was told it was. I made an appointment for my son to get a treatment plan. The plan was $6k out of pocket. After several appointments, I was told that I was not in network and my insurance did not pay. At that time I switched jobs and plans. I called and was reassured again that my new plan was in network. After a few more appointments and over $3k later, I was told that I was not in network. Long story short, the lies of the staff have cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. When I brought this to the attention of the office, her response was "okay." That's it. No apology, no offer to look into it, didn't ask me the names of the multiple people who told me I was in network, nothing but "okay." Then I was told that I still owed $500. Their deceitful business practices are horrible! When I questioned why I was not showing in network, the staff told me that it was because they were under new ownership and renegotiating their contracts and everything would be current at the end of the month. Fraudulent behavior cost me thousands of dollars and they think it's "okay."

For a root canal the procedure was quick and non painful. Information given to me was useful and helpful. The staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs. I would recommend this dental service to everyone.

Riverdale is a great place. Easy to get an appointment, practices Covid-19 guidelines. Rya, the hygienist, is wonderful. Dr. Caceres is kind and professional. I highly recommend this office.

My fiancee went there because he needed an oral surgeon and we really can only say good things about the doctor and the entire staff. It was VERY easy to get an appointment with them. The office was very clean, The wait time was not long as at all,. I dealt with 3 staff members over the phone and let me say one was as good as the other ... i wish i could remember the names of all 3 but i can only remember 2 Amanda and Tiffany and the 3rd one ( sorry cant remember your name) thank you so much for your assistance in everything from scheduling the appointment to getting my fiancee in and out and taking care of his tooth he needed extracted, which other dentists in the area would not do ... Since the office was out of network my fiancee had to pay out of pocket which was ok because the price was very reasonable PLUS they have a $50.00 discount coupon which they honored as well .. Also they accept Care Credit which is what we used for payment Thank you Riverdale Dental Suites .!

Very pleased. Snow bird with emergency tooth problem, they got me in fast, and corrected the emergency plus another that was comming up.

Everybody was happy and cared about me and what I was needing. I live just down the road and wanted a place close to me. So glad I switched. You will be too!

Riverdale is a great place. Easy to get an appointment. Dr. Caceres is kind and professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
