Will no longer be a patient here. Staff is super friendly and the quality of work is great but, they have a policy that is super absurd. Miss one Saturday appointment and they charge you a fee "which is fair" but backlist you from ever having Saturday appointments anymore. I understand if it was a few many appointments you missed but 1 appointment and you're backlisted? I wouldn't mind if I didn't work all week but Saturdays are my only days to really go and they are no longer available to me here so while the service are great, I will have to cut ties and look for another place to go to. I had an emergency in the family that Saturday and couldn't make it. I explained that to them on the day of the appointment "I called which was responsible on my part" but they didn't care. It's too bad because they are actually great. If you like Saturday appointments and aren't willing to miss an appointment when a family member had an emergency, then you will be okay here.

My teeth are bad due to medication. I went twice because the teeth became painful and needed pulled. Both times he refused to pull them and insisted they would be fine to just fill them. I had saved the money for these procedures for a year. I am on disability so it wasn't easy. Long story short it has been a month since my last visit. I am laying here in pain as the teeth hurt so much. He did ask me if I wanted a second opinion. When you are sitting in the chair with pain you trust the dentist to help you and fix the problem. Plus my appointment was for extractions. I am without the 1500 dollars charged the past year and a mouth full of painful teeth..... I don't recommend...

Won't be using them again, on my first trip there early in the year had some work done seemed fine but apparently insirance over paid them for the services rendered. I had 1000 dollars to use from insurance told them I couldnt afford to go over on my second and third trips which were in november (they didnt want to dobthe work in one shot) So because insurance overpaid and this place decided to just keep that money they managed to go over $330 what I had, knowing I was coming back in January with a new 1000 dollars of insurance money. On the table the dentist also scuffed a tooth she wasnt working on during the second visit. Then when I told her about it on the third she was like laughing it off like I didnt know what i was feeling in my own mouth. She finally tried to fix it but didnt, I just said its fine because it felt like it was getting worse. Overall not pleased, now I have to come up with with money I didnt have in the first place before they toss it in collections. They've also had to reschedulebevery appointment over the last couple of years.

I have been going to this office for 2 years now and have not had anything but positive interactions with them. I am very glad I switched from Aspen to this office !

I have overly sensitive gums. The Dentist was so gentle during my canine extraction!(I've had a lot of extractions through the years as I'm cursed with bad teeth since a child.) Everyone so professional. I highly recommend. Price a bit high but worth it.

The dental hygienist there are good, other than the bad info a couple of them shared, always did a good job cleaning my teeth, as far as the actual dentist, I am speaking for the Lehigh office, one dentist gave me a bad root canal, we will leave it at that, the new dentist hit my root whole doing a filling, and I was told by two other dentist, one with the same company, different location, that they would have sent me to a specialist to have the work done given location of the cavity, another visit, one other dentist, who was numbing me for a deep cleaning due to my bad root canal, pushed so hard into the roof of my mouth multiple times that he actually bent the needle. They did finally admit to doing bad root canal and worked out a solution for me, so when my appointment to get work for root canal was near they called and cancelled, said dentist would not be there and they would need to reschedule me, never heard from them, on the other hand, I recently cancelled a cleaning, and have since received two calls about when I was going to reschedule, funny huh.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. going to the dentist office at Riverdale Dental Assoc.is really a pleasant experience. I have never liked going to any dentist office, but this one is truly one you can trust. They are honest and very gentile.You can leave there feeling no pain.

I am a terrible dental patient. I wait for years to see a dentist. And when I do it's usually because something is wrong. I am so anxious due to a past experience that I routinely have meltdowns on the way to my appointment. I believe it is a true case of PTSD. Dr Scott Kareth and his staff have worked with me and have me well on the way to dealing with my fears and replacing my bad experiences with good ones. I still have a ways to go but cannot say enough good things. From the front desk where I always get a smile, even when I'm having a meltdown, to the hygienist who is gentle and sensitive, to Dr. Kareth who seems to truly understand my issues, they are the best. And their work is beautiful. I have a beautiful crown that looks and feels like the original tooth. I don't have the new implants yet but I am just as sure that they will be gorgeous.
