Latoya was great...She made everything so easy and enjoyable. The staff was friendly, kind, polite and took care of my every need. Latoya is the Bomb!!!! I love going to the dentist now. River chase Dental made everything easy.

HORRIBLE!!! NEGATIVE STARS... My daughter went in for an extraction of a jaw tooth. She came out in tears. The quack doctor was extremely rough. When I asked why she was not sedated, his response was, "it was not in her treatment plan to use sedation." Things change. Don't they???So, when my daughter had tears going down the side of her face, you could not tell that she was in pain?? He continued to pull and yank on the tooth. Every since Dr. Joe left, things at this office has gone down hill. The complete office staff has changed. I guess they left when he left. I don't blame them. This doctor is ridiculous!! Me, my husband and four children have been patients here for years. TODAY WAS THE LAST DAY!!! BEWARE.... Go somewhere else. The doctor is horrible.

I highly recommend Riverchase Dental. I am a person who never liked the dentist therefore didn't go unless it was an emergency. The associates at Riverchase made me not only feel welcome but they put my anxiety about dentists away for good. They are professional and comforting and explain everything in detail so I understood what they were going to do...FANTASTIC GROUP!!!!!

First of all, I want to make sure that I make it very clear that I hate going to the dentist. It's something I try to avoid until I have pain that can't be tolerated. Now that I've stated that, I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised at the expertise and gentleness of Dr. Joe. I've seen him at least 4x in the last 6 months and I've had extractions and a crown completed with minimal to no pain. He takes extra time to work through my anxiety and helps me calm down. He does multiple pain assessments throughout the dental procedures and provides correct dosing to accommodate for needed relief without overdoing it either. His staff is awesome too. They also have music playing in the background and Dr. Joe's personality is very easy going. Give Dr Joe a visit if you are at all like I am.

Over many years I've gotten to know Dr. Joe. He's a great guy, does quality work, and makes dentistry fun & enjoyable. If the review were just for him he'd get five stars all the way. But unfortunately there's the billing side. That's where you loose a couple stars. There seems to be a high turnover of front desk and accounting staff, which has caused backlog issues with insurance claims and billing. We've spent six months and dealt with three different individuals trying to get a bill/ insurance claim resolved. Every time we call we get a new individual who says they'll get it resubmitted and handled accordingly, but we still continue to receive overdue billing statements in the mail. It's ridiculous. We love Dr. Joe, but refuse to go back since they clearly can't get a firm grasp on their billing/ accounting side of the business.

Great experience! I went to the same dentist for 20+ years until he retired. I was a little apprehensive about finding a new dentist when my tooth started hurting. I could not be happier with Riverchase Dental. Everyone from the office, to the dental hygienist to the dentist were helpful, friendly, answered all my questions - great all around. I highly recommend this practice.
