A-1 service from the moment you walk in! Shayne held my hand through the entire procedure....My procedure was quick and painless. I hate needles and normally panic with any type of dental work, other then a tiny pinch, I didn't feel anything. I highly recommend Riverbend Village Dental Care for your dental needs. Also they take time to explain all your dental costs, and work with you to ensure your immediate needs are meany.

Love how nice and clean the office is. I love the music they play, I love how nice the dental assistants are and how the front desk is so professional. I also love that each room has a tv with Netflix so you can watch your fav show while getting a cleaning! I have been going to Riverbend for over a year now and can say they are top of the line! 10/10 would recommend!

First time visiting this office and the building was clean and welcoming, the staff were all kind and happy. Due to scheduling conflicts I was not actually scheduled for a cleaning, just a Dr exam which was very disappointing. However, Dr. Reyes the dentist herself took time out of her day to do my entire cleaning! So thankful for such a good experience! Highly recommend.

I had a porcelain veneer fall off, and they managed to get me in and re-attach the veneer in under 3 hours from the moment I contacted them. Also very friendly and clean, a wonderful place with a great team!

Very thorough. They did fluoride, 3D-modeling scan, took their time cleaning and checking over everything, and took many X-rays for my first visit. They were very friendly and explained everything, and appointment was right on time. They also got me in their schedule with less than a week's notice. Much better than my experience at Charlotte Dentistry on Providence, which was my last dentist for years.

Like most people, I hate dental work of any kind! Excellent.Excellent.Excellent! They are so very compassionate! Relaxed atmosphere, I think because they are confident in what they are doing and the care they are providing! I first went to them for a cleaning. Today I had to have a crown replaced. Just excellent!

I was out in an hour and felt good with my cleaning. She listened when I said I am extremely sensitive to cold - didn't feel that was heard on my last visit while I wa squirming in the chair. Appointment started mostly on time.

I broke my back teeth some kind of way on Saturday night. No pain no bleeding just dangling. On Monday I called to get an appointment and was seen the next morning Tuesday. By then the half that was dangling came out. I get there everyone is friendly and welcoming. They took X-rays and ten minutes later started the numbing process once kicked in the extraction started and was over with in like 5 minutes. Still no pain. River bend dentist made the nerves I had about going to a dentist better yet having a tooth removed smooth sailing. Thanks Riverbend

After a less than Great experience at another dental office years ago I to go I unfortunately allowed my allowed my dental health to deteriorate for some time... But I am beyond happy that I found Riverbend village dental! My hygienist Bonni was Warm and welcoming, professional professional, and placed the kind of emphasis on communication and communication and education that I need to be comfortable.. I also interacted with Shane Shane, who was nothing less than amazing, and Brandy At the desk was an absolute delight.. The dentist I saw was throw oh, and communicative. This office has restored my faith in the dental profession :)Now rather than dreading the dentist I look forward to improving my health!
