I can't even imagine how this dentist is still in business when they work Tuesday through Thursday only and no one ever answers the phone and then you get a phone call back two days later ? Stay away from this company!

They never answer phone calls, tried calling every single day for the past week. I went for a wisdom teeth appointment and one of the dentist working had a very bad attitude.

The service is good, but the front desk person lacks people skills. I called to make an appointment at 4:20 pm, she picked up the phone and proceeds to tell me that the office is closed to call the next day. I would suggest that if the office is closed not to pick up the phone...

When I choose this office they had 5 stars. I wouldn't give them 1! The office manager, Iris, and her refused to be named front end assistant are with Our a doubt the problem in the office. Numerous phone messages left UNHEARD, scheduling problems. I have a cracked filling, without pain yet very frustrating. Took a week and a half to get a 5pm appt. Raced in traffic to make it. Asked for a toothbrush to freshn up. They are out????!!!! Of course as a existing client, having played phone tag for days i was frustrated. The front end staff was condescending and rude. I waited for Iris to walk away and was sickened by the yelp and Google reviews! I asked the other lady if iris is the office manager.?Yes she is! I asked if she saw the Google reviews? She said she did not see them and I could speak with Iris, I told her I want to speak to the dentist directly. It became a game for her and Iris to block me from having any conversation with the dentist. That practice needs to know that being a former customer service manager and marketing executive -what people see up front and the initial phone calls they make will be the demise of their practice! Iris spoke to me as if she was a principal asking me to come in her office in a demeaning manner. I told her no I wanted to wait until I talk to the dentist! So they refused me service!!! The bathroom door is filthy, the chairs haven't been cleaned, they have mouthwash in the bathroom with no cups!.... Yet Iris, office manager, gets to guard you from having a conversation with the Dr that should know what a farce it is dealing with this business! We will be reporting them to our insurance company and the Better Business Bureau! Needless to say, I left with the problem tooth!

Very strange office. Called on Friday to get an appointment, was diverted to hold for a half hour. Called again, left a phone number. No reply on Friday, Monday, or Tuesday. Left another message Tuesday. They don't seem to want to talk to people.

Not happy with this office. The first time I was there they had taken me off the appointment & never told us, we had to drive a good hour, then my 3rd appointment they cancelled me &.i made another appointment for Friday at noon they called on Wednesday & left a message saying my appointment was on Thursday at noon so I had to change my schedule, I called them at 11 am to make sure of this appointment, no answer. I left a message them to call me & why i was calling. So now what do I do... so i went to my appointment ...they changed to thursday at noon...no one was there doors locked. So we called & called.... someone should be fired. I don't think I should be charged for my cancelled visits and continued schedule changes. There is a 50 dollar charge if I don't show up....what is the fee for them rescheduling or them flat out not showing up to my appointment....50 dollar credit??

I was referred to River Bend Dentistry by a friend. I couldn't be happier. They have an amazing staff. The receptionists were very polite and pleasant to deal with and Dr. Sabeen was very proficient and friendly. My appointment was right on time. I was in and out within the anticipated time. I'll be going back to them for all future dental treatments! Thank you for your wonderful care.
