Dr. Willie Hammontree received his bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Connie Chamberlain graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2002. She has since taken hundreds of hours in continuing education to continually stay current in the ever-changing dental field.
Dr. Breton is committed to being a dentist who utilizes her multicultural, Spanish-speaking background to help people from different walks of life achieve oral health and feel confident smiling again.
River Valley Dentistry opened in Red Bank over 25 years ago by Dr. Anthony Hodges. In 2012, Dr. Willie Hammontree took over the practice and moved it to its present location in the Northshore area in 2016. Dr. Hammontree and his team believe it is their duty to provide the best dental care possible while educating their patients and providing them with solutions for all their dental needs.

Family is very important to Dr. Hammontree, and he enjoys spending time with his wife, Windy, and their four children. When he is not at the practice, he enjoys traveling with his family, woodworking and following the Chattanooga Football Club and other local sports.
Dr. Connie Chamberlain graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2002. She has since taken hundreds of hours in continuing education to continually stay current in the ever-changing dental field. She has completed 100 plus hours of courses at the acclaimed Dawson Academy, which is the leader in excellence for complex cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She has taken numerous courses on current veneer techniques, composite bonding, and smile design.
Dr. Chamberlain makes it a priority to increase her skills and expertise by embracing the technological advances in dentistry. She stays up to date on current research and techniques, providing her patients with the very best dental care.

Very efficient and smoothly ran business. The pre check in on their website is awesome. My hygienist Morgan, very thoroughin her exam and her interaction with me on what she was doing. Very modern and high tech equipment made the exam and cleaning a wonderful experience. Dr. Hammontree, explained everything that was wrong and everything that needed to be corrected. First time new patient visit was a great experience. Was greeted warmly upon entering the office and was taken back to an examination room almost immediately. The hygienist took a few minutes to find out about my dental background and my history. Took xrays and 3D pictures of entire dental profile. When completed the xray results and 3D dental picture were well explained. Met the Dentist and discussed the concerns for my senior dental issues and potential path(s) going forward. Was able to make quick return appointments for teeth cleaning and old chipped tooth filling. Overall, a very professional, friendly, and helpful Dentist and staff. Would definitely recommend River Valley Denistry at Sonwhill Village to everyone.

Disappointing. Tried to talk me into treatment I didn't want. Basically refused to do a teeth cleaning because they wanted me to do a deep cleaning. I've been to three other dentists in last several years and none recommended this.

My dental experience is great at each visit! The hygienists and dentist are kind and personable. My only complaint is at my last 2 visits I have not been given a "goody bag" with a new toothbrush, floss, etc. I am not sure if this was a mistake or if they just don't do it anymore.
