Dr. Gojgini has a longstanding commitment to providing optimal dental care utilizing the most current dental techniques and products. His goal is to educate and engage every patient to make the best decisions concerning their oral health, so each patient can enjoy their most vibrant smile!
Dr. Gojgini received his Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from Tufts University, and subsequently received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Tufts Dental School in 2000. Dr. Gojgini is highly skilled in all phases of restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Gojgini has increased his knowledge about sleep disorders, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnea. Through educational support from the AADSM, Dr. Gojgini has been able to help patients interested in pursuing alternatives to the CPAP.
In addition, Dr. Gojgini has completed the world renowned surgical implant symposium offered by the Misch International Implant Institute and Dr. Carl Misch, one of the premier implantologists and pioneers in the field. This year-long program enables Dr. Gojgini to use cone beam radiographs and cutting edge dental implant placement software (Simplant) to properly plan surgical and restorative treatments.
Through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), Dr. Gojgini recently completed a comprehensive program for the administration of nonsurgical injections and dermal fillers, not only for cosmetic purposes like reducing the appearance of crow's feet and forehead lines, but also for therapeutic purposes, to minimize the side effects associated with chronic headaches, migraines and TMJ dysfunction.

Patty comes to us from our previous location in South Hadley and has worked in the dental field for 35 years. A lifelong resident of South Hadley, Patty enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children and stepson.
Liz has a special interest in providing non-surgical periodontal treatment and strives to remain current in the field with continuing education. She enjoys getting to know her patients and ensuring that their visits are comfortable and pain free.
Katie earned her dental hygiene license in 2013, after working more than six years in the journalism field. Katies goal is to help patients achieve optimal oral health through various dental procedures, while keeping them as comfortable as possible. When shes not at work, Katie is spending time with her husband, their young son and family dog.
Ellie has served in the dental profession for over 30 years. She started her dental career as a dental assistant/office coordinator and now specializes in insurance management and accounts receivables. Ellie enjoys working with all the staff members, but most importantly, working with our patients.
At River Valley Dental, many of our patients come from surrounding communities throughout the Hadley area, including Hadley, South Hadley, Amherst, Northampton, Belchertown, Hatfield, Chicopee, and Ludlow.
Our practice is right off Route 9, between the bridge to Northampton and the malls. In addition, were just down the road from the Hadley Post Office, Easthampton Savings Bank, Central Rock Gym, Leons Auto Sales, and Goodwin Memorial Library.
Dr. Gojgini and his family are active in the Hadley community, and can be often be found enjoying a Belchertown Granby Eagles football game and participating in the Cold Springs Soccer Club. River Valley Dental and Dr. Gojgini are also proud to support Meghans Light, a local charitable organization supporting a cure for cystic fibrosis and commemorating the life and legacy of Meghan Hukowicz Zoll.

I was impressed by the website and some of the reviews; mostly for the hygienists. I found the dentist to be rude, and interested in money more than his patient's best care. My dental insurer has been made aware of his refusal to fix a partial that even his assistant stated did not fit me. He refused to extract a tooth with the root and nerve exposed. I have a meeting this week and when I have more info I will update this review. Hope is the best employee in the office! Caring and always helpful. She is truly an asset!

tl;dr they didn't do a thorough exam and missed my gingivitis. I went to RVD in march, pre-covid. I waited a while to be seen and received a very minimal exam. They essentially took x rays and used a mirror to look at my teeth. I had made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, but the dentist told me he didn't have time to clean my teeth. Everyone seemed annoyed that I was even there. I also pointed out an area where I was having pain in my mouth, and after a single cursory look, they told me it was nothing and I should wear my retainer more. I moved away from Hadley recently and saw another dentist who did a better exam and very quickly diagnosed the pain as moderate gingivitis. If I hadn't been able to get an appointment it could have gotten a lot worse. Inattentive and inept.

Recently had a tooth related issue that started on a weekend. Called the office first thing Monday morning at 8 am, the ladies at the front desk are angels and they had me in a chair within the hour. This is a wonderful office, with some amazing employees, and the best dentist I have ever had in my life. He went out of his way and performed a procedure immediately to alleviate the pain and address the issue. Did I mention I had a Root Canal? Didn't feel a thing. Hands down this was the best experience one could ask for when visiting a dentist office. I have recommended this office to my friends, family, and co workers. If you are looking for a good dentist office, you found it!

Attended my first appointment here last week when an old crown popped loose. When I called, I expected to be told I'd have to wait a long time to see anyone because I'm not an established patient. They were able to see me the very next day, and I have a follow-up appointment scheduled for my routine checkup and cleaning this coming week, so I was impressed with that because the receptionist initially told me they were booking out to 6 weeks, but there was a cancellation. Dr. Gojgini was very personable and puts you at ease. I've gone to dental offices where upon meeting the dentist, I almost immediately wanted to run out of the room. Not so here. His assistant was also kind and helpful. They ask you a lot if you're comfortable, which is nice. Speaking of the receptionist: The staff here are SUPER nice. I'm sorry to be a little negative for a second, but I find that usually isn't the case with medical reception staff...they all seem to have a huge chip on their shoulders and seem like they'd rather be boiled alive than be at their jobs. Everyone at River Valley was really welcoming and helpful, so I hope that means they're treated well!
