I was involved in 4 years of research in addition to my dental curriculum and was awarded the Quintessence Awards for Research Achievement upon graduation. For my efforts with toothpastes, I received the Advancing Science in America scholarship from 20142015 and was invited to the American Association for Dental Research in both 2014 and 2015. My findings are currently helping to redefine the ISO standards on fluoride measurements in teeth and toothpastes. After earning my doctorate I returned to Great Falls to join my fathers practice and the surrounding community.
When I am not in the office I can be found volunteering my time with the Great Falls Ski Patrol as a first responder. I am also involved with local clubs including Toastmasters and local biking and tennis groups. At heart, I am an avid outdoorsman and love to get out and enjoy all that Montana has to offer, from skiing in the winters to hiking, biking, and boating in the summers. When I get a chance I enjoy fishing and hunting, but dont expect any tall tales.
