Used to love this place but over time I've lost confidence. My appointment was cancelled via text less than 24 hours prior. I then accepted work meetings and got another text saying it was a mistake. I was embarrassed having to then cancel the work meetings I accepted. This was not addressed in person for my appointment. I don't feel informed for many of the things I get sent to billing for. It doesn't help that 50% of my appointments over the past two years haven't even been with my dentist. They always try to sell me on oral screening that isn't covered by insurance. In a quick Google search (not to be taken as truth) there seems to be mixed opinions on if it does more harm than good. There is no actual information provided to me on this and the hygienist always phrases things in ways to make it difficult for me to decline. I should not have to sign something to decline a procedure that insurance doesn't see as medically necessary. This seems like either a way to hold hygienists accountable for pushing services that are not medically necessary or as a high pressure technique to encourage patients to receive the treatment in the future. The place is nice, the tech is nice, the frills are all nice. If you want that without feeling like you have the ability to make an informed medical decision for yourself, this might be the place for you.

I had a really good experience. As someone who hadn't been to the dentist in 8+ years I was very nervous. My hygienist and doctor were skilled and also compassionate and light hearted, understanding, and made me very comfortable. Also very informative about treatment plans and making it work for me as best as possible. This is coming from someone with a long held dental anxiety. I think they are wonderful. Also the insurance specialist was very transparent and helpful because we all know $$ is a concern. She was great too. Thanks to all of you!

Called at 8am for chipped front tooth. Got in at 9 am! Received the best care and my tooth looks beautiful!! Highly recommend River Run Dental!

This was the first time I met with Aubree, the hygienist. She was outstanding! Dr. Adler is always fantastick. She cares about you as a person not only a patient. I recommend everyone that I know to go here.

I was impressed with the sleek, modern appearance of the facility and the cutting-edge technology used during my visit. This was a welcome surprise as I had not experienced this level of attention and care since I left Germany. The staff was attentive, friendly and professional. Overall, my experience was better than anticipated and I look forward to returning in the future.

Highly recommended! Everyone here is so kind and friendly. The comfort here is unlike any other, I actually look forward to going to the Dentist now! My provider, Molly, is an absolute gem as well as the hygienist. I was referred here by my family and I can say that this was the best decision I have ever made! They also work with you and make payment plans if you ever need help with bills. Also, the comfort menu is the best inclusion! Thank you River Run Dental for making my experience the best! Cant wait to be back for my next appointment soon.

This is the first and ONLY dentist I've gone to where I enjoyed my entire visit! Everyone was super nice! They looked at my teeth, screened for cancer, told me exactly what was going on in my mouth and I wasn't confused after our conversations. They have a free comfort menu!! I selected the neck pillow and I wore my sound cancelling headphones (those are on the menu too) while my teeth were getting cleaned and you don't have to engaged in awkward conversations while you have objects and spit in your mouth! Lol I am recommending them to everyone and I have my coffee cup on display at work at all times. If I hear anyone mutter about a dentist or needing to go I am recommending them to everyone!! Below is the gift box they gave me on my way out! How thoughtful!

I just moved to the area and needed to establish a client/doctor relationship. I was worried it would be months before I would get in anywhere. They got me in pretty quick! I loved the atmosphere in the office. It was relaxing and soothing right when you walked in. The amenities offered during the cleaning was 10/10. I got a free (first time clients) oral cancer screening. I also got a 3d scanning of my mouth! They also had massages rollers in the cleaning chair and a comfort menu. I got the blanket and covered up during the cleaning. I've never been more relaxed during a cleaning. They also talked to me about everything they were doing and what everything meant. I will recommend anyone looking for a dentist to check them out! Thank you again!

I normally always forget to leave reviews, but this establishment deserves more than 5 stars. I was referred to River Run Dental by one of my coworkers and I can honestly say this is the first dental appointment that I've been to in a while that I was fully pleased by their service, thoroughness, and education given. 100/10 I would recommend to everyone! (Side note: I was a new patient, I got a tour of the establishment before starting anything, which most dental offices never do. Oh and; I even got a little welcome gift.)

This is the best dental office I've ever been to- attentive to your previous experiences at other offices, great customer care, a comfort menu to keep you relaxed, and the most friendly and compassionate dentists and dental hygienists! Won't be going anywhere else.

If there is such a thing as a pleasant experience at a dentist's office, River Run is the place. Christina made me so comfy with a soft blanket, neck rest, and warm eye mask I felt like I was at a spa. There are more offerings on their services menu but I was happy with these. Dr. Sinclair made sure I was completely numb for my crown replacements and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. It was actually a good experience and I left feeling relaxed and relieved that everything went so well. Give them a try, I think you will be pleased!

Dr Rusnak and his staff are exceptional. Always punctual and go above and beyond to answer questions and advise on any dental concern.
