River Rock is absolutely amazing! The people at the front desk are the sweetest and the assistants are amazing and most importantly Dr. K has completely changed my outlook on going to the dentist. I've never met a dentist I trust so much and who has been so incredibly kind to me. Everyone there has helped me out so very much and I don't think i could thank them enough. They work with you through payment plans as well if you need it! River rock is definitely the place to go!! If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would, thank you Dr. K

It was really easy to book my appointment and all of the staff was really helpful. I had to have a deep cleaning which was more difficult than anticipated and the Doctor and the Hygienist both helped tremendously.

Edit 10/19/2022: came here after a foiled attempt at another provider closer to home (I moved) - came back and will forever trust my dental care to Dr. Carlson. Worth the extra drive! Thanks again - Original post: I am phobic when it comes to dentists thanks to childhood trauma - but I like my teeth... so I try to take care of them. Dr Carlson is honestly the best dentist I've ever been to! Don't let that cute face fool you - he may look young but he impressed even me with his knowledge, kindness, and enthusiasm for his work. He didn't just work in my mouth, he cared for me... I know what the term 'patient care' really means now! And his assistant too... sweet girl but I didn't get her name I was so nervous lol - seriously, he even outranks my dentist in Florida that was the only one I'd go to for 20 years before moving to Texas. Not only is Dr Carlson amazing, the entire staff is! Sometimes it's either or you know... I am thrilled I found this place!

Every time I go in for an appointment they make it super easy and stress free. I can be prone to stressing out and over thinking. Their staff and doctors have been a huge relief and support for me on my way back to dental divinity.

I wish there is less than one star to give them. They refused to give a regular check up for my 3 years old kid because he was little bit scare and he started crying. Dr. Carlson who rejected to give the baby a medical service, and he kicked my wife and my baby out of the clinic. they were very rude because this was first experience for my kid and Dr. Carlson messed up with him.

I had a great experience at River Rock Dental with Dr. K and with all his staff members. Dr. K is amazing and have been a great help in taking care of dental health for my kids and for myself. They are very efficient, explain the process well and over all very polite and helpful. I highly recommend River Rock Dental for any type of dental treatment.

10/4/22- Needed a little bit of a filling adjustment and called this morning ... they got me in same day and Dr. K got me out and done in 40 minutes. Still the BEST! i used to drive 45 minutes to someplace off of Mopac/Balconnes up north Austin but they screwing with me on billing and weren't in my employer plan when I switched employers. River rock dental IS in-plan (and I am always anxious about switching dentists) and I cannot get over how much difference it made. this whole gang is just an awesome group. they use very current digital technology for x-ray/photo reviews. very up-to-date and very congenial and friendly staff. What impressed me most was I was given a full print out of exactly what insurance would pay for and what they would not so I knew what to save up for for example for a crown procedure. This is what Oprah talks about every doctor should do this!!! Plenty of parking & central location.

I went in for a broken tooth that was causing alot of pain. I have anxiety so I was nervous as I have never been here before. Omg the staff was extremely nice, I was greeted immediately upon entering the office, it did not take MAYBE 5 minutes to get to back. The tech very thoroughly explained everything she was doing. The Doctor I saw was Zachary Carlson- he was super nice. He made me feel like I had been long time patient. I had to be referred to oral surgeon & his staff helped me by calling my insurance& insisting I got in to a surgeon who took my insurance. I will definitely be coming back for normal routine care in the near future.

Needed a second opinion and this office helped me with no problem. Previous dental office left me feeling so discouraged as they over priced the work I needed done. After being in pain for quite some time this office helped me alleviate the issues and even offered payment options. Don't think I'll go anywhere else!

That's great very transparent was what I needed done and cared about the customer and made sure I was comfortable with everything they were doing even explain the pricing breakdown so I understood where my money was going can't say enough great things about the environment they created and I will be back
