I came in a mess of bad life choices. Never once did I feel embarrassed by my mouth or hear any negative words against my previous dentists. The entire staff, including front desk, are welcoming and easy to talk to. I ended up bringing my toddlers who have never been to the dentist. One did great and the other had a melt down where I was sure I'd be asked to leave but the staff stuck it out with us. I had a bridge done over two teeth, anchored to two teeth. I've been struggling with this bridge for 4+ years. After getting my permanent one today, I chewed gum without pain for the first time 4+ years. I ate pizza with no pain. I'm about to eat a bowl of ice cream and I am am confident there will be no pain. Just in time for all the holiday treats! If you're on the fence, jump off and make the appointment. Every single person in that building has a beautiful personality waiting to brighten your day. (Don't forget to return the kindness!)

I could not be happier to have found Dr. Im!! He has helped me repair and replace the poor quality veneers done by my old dentist. He is meticulous and has great technique. I usually struggle with dentists having a heavy hand or being too rough, but not Dr. Im. He is very gentle and mindful to what of what he is doing at all times. My latest experience with Dr. Im was for an emergent root canal that was bringing me to tears. For those who have had one on the past know the pain that I'm talking about. I called ahead to notify his office, by the time I showed up the staff was on point and had a room ready, they were very kind and accommodating. Within minutes I was in a room and getting treated. Ten minutes into the procedure I was so relieved and relaxed that I ended up napping through most of the root canal procedure. :D I'd highly recommend both the facility and this dentist a 10 out of 10 if I could!! Thank you Dr. Im.

This place is horrible! They can never get my name right, they left me in the waiting area for an hour and had the nerve to call me and say I was late when I was still in the waiting area, they don't listen to what the patient has to say, and the workers have attitudes. Do not go here.. I am not just saying this because of one bad experience but I am saying this with a series of bad experiences.

Best dentist office! The process is quick, and I feel like they don't negatively judge your dental history and health, like some dental practices I have gone to in the past seem to do. They are so kind and offer helpful advice that feels genuine. I've gone twice now and both times have been very positive experiences! Thank you for not making me dread the next checkup!
