Dr. Mark Vigneri is a native of Casper Wyoming. He was born October 10, 1977. He grauduated from Natrona County High School in 1996. He then attended Regis University and attained a BS in Biology in 2001. He worked as a Dental Assistant in Denver for one year before being accepted to Creighton University School of Dentistry where he graduated in 2006. He has since moved back to Casper to start his career in Dentistry.

Love this place! They are always so friendly and fun and helpful! When I have issues with my teeth or mouth, they take the time to really get to know what is going on so they can fix the issue. Having such a kind, fun place makes going to the dentist a lot easier!!

I've had a few problems with my crown procedure, but, on my last visit the dental assistant who corrected a broken crown and loose crown was incredible. She was very thoughtful, caring and through in doing her job. In her coming from South Dakota I know she will be a great asset to Dr. Vigneri. I could tell she had experience at doing her work and I will ask for her to assist him with me in the future. As a business owner myself here in Casper (kuehnel networking, llc) I understand how important it is to my clients that they receive top notch and more than they expect service. Love the staff at river Rock always so friendly hadn't been for 5 years due to life changes and covid but was so happy I had no cavities and loved the new office pup Remi running around they always put you at ease here by far the best Dentist in town

Dr. Vigneri was very kind and through with my family's 6 month check up. His staff helped me rearrange my schedule so we could work with an ortho office schedule for my youngest son and was available to work on both my children at the same time so they didn't have to miss so much school. They are a great team and I'm so happy to call River Rock Dental my dentist office.

I was a patient of River Rock Dental many years ago when I first moved to town, due to life changes I eventually went to another clinic that was better located for my needs. After many years, I knew I would eventually need a dental implant placed and I did not want it done at the office I was currently going to. I booked an appointment for a cleaning at River Rock and was greeted back like I had never left! Ali was amazing with my cleaning and Dr. Vigneri was amazing explaining my options and the process of a dental implant. I feel confident with my choice to again choose River Rock Dental!

Like everyone else, I'm not fond of going to the dentist but Dr. Vigneri and his staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel at ease. I hope I'm long gone before he retires:-)
