I had 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted here last year. Everything was in a hurry and they did not listen to my concern and did not give the drug enough time to numb the teeth. Avoid this place at all costs. They treat you like a product on a production line, not a patient.

Everyone there made me feel at ease-because I was a bit nervous. Dr. Hollerman was fantastic! His associate was equally fantastic from the minute I stepped into the room. I would refer everyone to this place if I could!

My 12 year old daughter had a tooth extracted by Dr. Henriksen and the experience couldn't have gone any better! My daughter said she was comfortable the whole time, had zero pain during the procedure, and had no issues post-op! Super thankful to the office/team :)

The procedure went well but when I called with concerns a couple days later, the receptionist was very rude and put me on hold many times and eventually hung up on me .

The front desk staff & Lenny were amazing. Lenny was patient and calmed my nerves about having an IV started. However, I don't think I've ever been so unimpressed with dental care. By day 2/3, I was in so much pain and no amount of mediation or heat/ice was helping. I called the office wondering if I should come back in and was told "you're only a couple days post op. Post op pain usually peaks at day 4." I couldn't eat anything but applesauce for a week or drink water because the pain would shoot through my jaw. By day 5 I couldn't handle it anymore, so I called their emergency number and left a message. After two hours of waiting, I still hadn't received a phone call. I'm unsure if I didn't receive a call back because it was a Saturday or not. I ended up in the ER with dry socket that night. I called to follow up on Monday regarding the dry socket and if I needed to come in for it to be reevaluated/packed again and I was told I was "fine."

My name is Emi I have all 4 wisdom tooth removed 3 weeks ago the front desk was amazing I was put to sleep but before closingmy eyes, I saw 2 beautiful people the Doctor and his assistant, they did great job on my teeth; I recover only 4 days, nobody treat me nicely like that before .5 stars ridge .

My significant other came to this clinic for treatment and received a questionable in and out procedure that didn't even fix the medical issue he was facing. We ended up with an $800 bill that was quickly sent to collections and onward to legal action and garnishment within only months. Based on our experience, the overall priority here at this office seems to be numbers and profit, not patients. Unfortunately there aren't many options for the services they offer, but if you can find another, I'd go with it.

I just had my wisdom teeth done yesterday and the Dr. And staff were amazing! I was a little nervous because anesthesia is a little hard on me but everything went great and smooth. The instructions and what to do after provided in the booklet are great as are the prescriptions used to help treat you afterwards! The gift box at the end was an incredibly nice touch and really made me feel welcomed!

Absolutely amazing and extremely professional! Had my wisdom teeth taken out moments ago, it only took 15 minutes! I fell asleep quick and woke up all done, feeling good, and ready to go! Thank you for the excellent care!

Wow. Got my wisdom teeth removed literally today. I had the most fabulous experience. The people at the front desk Kendall and Justin(pardon me for misspelling) were incredible and understanding of my anxiety. I had Kendra who helped me prep before the surgery and she was kind, compassionate, intelligent and efficient she even played some music to relax me before surgery. She answered all of my questions and explained everything she was doing. Dr. henricksen did great. He is a baller. Best of the best. He also explained to me some things and I was like thank you. The team at riverview understood my anxiety , I was so scared, but they made me feel safe. The team is incredible and they should be very proud of themselves for running such a great clinic that is based on compassion, quality of care and serving the needs of the patient. Thank you for helping me and making me feel seen and safe!
