The staff is wonderful. Receptionists, hygienists, dentists, are all friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We are treated like family, not just patients. We are blessed to be treated at River Ridge Dental.

Dr. Bradley Kellog did a phenomenal job on my crowns. I highly recommend him and River Ridge Dental.

Our family has been going here for 10 years and we have referred multiple families. Dr. Joe, Judy, Debbie and all of the dental hygienists have always been amazing. Both of our teens were able to have their braces on and off here. Yes, Dr. Joe does both dental and ortho! How amazing is that? Most recently, 2 weeks ago, I had to see Dr. Brad for a chipped tooth. The verdict. A crown! He and his dental assistant were so absolutely fantastic and made sure this questioning soon to be queen were comfortable and informed. A completely smooth process. I found out Dr. Brad is not only an excellent dentist with the absolutely most awesome patient communication skills but he can he is also educated to do oral surgery procedures in office. This practice always gets me with their latest technology. Most recently, pictures of my broken tooth taken digitally and on screen so I could understand the crown process firsthand. Many, many thanks for your excellent care and service!

On the weekend when the River Ridge Dental office was closed, I broke a tooth. River Ridge was able to see me Monday morning on an emergency basis. Dr. Joe did a fantastic job repairing the tooth. I really appreciate the professionalism and comfort care of the entire staff.

I fell on my bike 3 years ago, fractured 4 teeth & broke my jaw. Dr. Crippes calmly saw me after hours & evaluated the situation. He consulted with Dr. Westlund, an oral surgeon. He was able to put braces on my teeth & band my jaw into proper position. I really don't know of any other dentist who could've done all this for me. In addition, he restored my 4 fractured teeth once my jaw healed. I've been a patient at RRD for 30 years & I know my family & I can always count on them! Terrific office!

After 20 years my family has stopped going to River Ridge Dental. They ha e a great staff and if things are good as far as cleanings and no cavities they are great. However, when there are issues they have do not take responsibility for their issues. My daughter had a permanent retainer installed and it came loose 2 weeks later. They told me to go to a local dentist where she was to have it fixed which used one of my office visits for the year under insurance. No problem till my daughters next visit when they said we had exceeded visits for the year and charged me for the visit because she went to the dentist to fix their issue. My daughter had braces from them and met all of her appointments for 2 years but they never mentioned to my wife or I that she had not had a cleaning in 2 years. When I brought it up they said she had not been seen in 2 years and needed to have a cleaning and exam. The exam found 12 cavities. The reason that I utilized them was because they did both braces and dental and would take care of both. My son had a filling and complained that it felt high and bothered him go over a year. They told him to keep an eye on it. When we switched dentists they found the filling was too high and the pressure had cracked the tooth. Which drove another dental bill because of their issue. When I sent a note to them about issues I got a note back not acknowledging any of my issue or offering a refund, but if I wanted to talk to please call.

We have gone to River Ridge Dental for 30 years. The office has provided braces for my children as well as dental work for our entire family. We couldn't be more satisfied with the expertise, professionalism, and care Dr. Crippes and his entire staff has provided. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you are their number one priority. I have recommended River Ridge Dental to many friends and family and will continue to do so.
