Such amazing service !!! Staff was great, the whole team was amazing!! Definitely found a new dental home.. took their time, explained every step, made sure I was ok and comfortable at every moment.. my 1st vist with them and I would highly recommend to anyone.. thank you for amazing service and staff members. Very clean and well kept facility.

Let me start by saying that I normally am not a fan of dentists. My mother was one, I have worked in their offices, and yet, still not a fan. But this place is different. When I entered, Paige took me on a tour of the entire facility. I literally was introduced to the entire staff. From Alyssa, the lovely front desk specialist who I spoke on the phone with, to other assistants who didn't work on me at all. Yet they all stopped, said hello, and seemed genuinely glad to see me. I was in need a root canal, and a crown to repair a broken tooth that was absolutely killing me. They treated me with respect, kindness, empathy, even laughed at my terrible jokes. I am not sure if you like people singing, but Paige does while she gets you set up, and it actually is rather soothing. It makes you feel at ease, at ease in a place that normally fills people with anxiety. Dr. Ahmed is fantastic. A soft spoken dentist who tells it like it is, but without making you feel dumb. It's obvious he is very knowledgeable about his craft, but he doesn't throw it in your face. His voice is soothing, relaxing... once again, putting you at ease. While working, both he and Paige kept asking if I was alright. Making sure that I wasn't in pain or discomfort. Initially it makes you wonder what is going on? Should I not be alright? But then you realize... this team isn't working on a tooth, they are working on a person. They are focused on making their patient feel better... not just fixing the tooth. So as they continued to ask... I continued to give them a thumbs up. The procedure wasn't quick, but it was efficient. Checkout was the same. I left their office feeling much better, and as the anesthesia quickly wore off, I felt no ill-after effects of the procedure I just endured. I am not someone who likes to write reviews, and I definitely have never done one for a dentist before. Not even my mother. But a day after having a root canal, I find myself still thinking about Dr. Ahmed, Paige, and the rest of the team at River Park Dental... with amazement at how smoothly everything went. An emergency call led to a same day root canal, and immense pain relief. I have had several different dentists in my life... outside of my mother... they are the best I have ever experienced, and I could not recommend them with any more zeal or sincerity. River Park Dental is top notch. My hygienist, Joanna, did an excellent job and was very patient and gentle with my teeth. And Alyssa very kindly walked me through what my insurance did and did not cover for future scheduled treatments. I highly recommend getting your dental care done here.

I am a generally nervous person when it comes to dentists; I've had bad experiences that truly changed my perceptions of dentistry. Add on pain and discomfort... oof. I don't look forward to any type of visit; let alone one where I know bad news is afoot. Let me just say, River Park I was probably the best experience I have ever had. Paige, I believe her name was, they hygienist, was so kind and gentle and welcoming. She provided me with a full tour so I was comfortable and introduced me to the team. She was attentive but not overbearing and when she found I was nervous, she was so kind. Dr. Ahmed was just as kind and gentle and easygoing. He knew I was in pain and was quick to offer suggestions and help. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a TV to help distract. I feel comfortable for the first time in a long time. Highly suggested.

Had an emergency wisdom tooth issue the day before my wedding. My normal dentist was closed, so I frantically searched and found these guys. They saved my wedding! Friendly, professional, courteous, and nice. Absolutely recommend to anyone with teeth!

I had the most amazing experience at this office! My hygienist, Katie, was diligent and super gentle. She completely changed my views on dental offices. Alyssa made my visit pleasant as well. She was very attentive and the wait time was nonexistent. Instant service. I love it here! Best thing since sliced bread ;)

I was told by primary dentist to remove my 2nd molar. I asked for 2nd opinion from Dr. Ahmed and he was able to save my 2nd molar by doing root canal and crown. He saved me money and lot of painstaking process for implant. He made process so easy without any pain and quick recovery. River park dental staffs handled all my anxiety and bad gag reflection by giving me proper sedation during process and eliminated all my concerns.

I came in recently for a cleaning as a new patient. It's been years since I've gone to the dentist for numerous reasons, including my past bad experiences with them. First off, the administrative assistant was incredibly helpful with sorting out an issue with my insurance. Then, I had the most ideal experience because of Katie & Paige, two hygienists. If you're looking for somewhere that is transparent and delivers exceptional service, this is it. I will be recommending for everyone to go here.

I became a new patient here recently and so far, I have had such an amazing experience! All the staff and the dentist himself are so nice and very professional. The office is so clean and you can tell the staff all take pride in their job. It's refreshing to go to a dentist's office and not feel afraid or nervous. I had a cleaning and cosmetic bonding done here.. both jobs we're phenomenally done! The dentist did not try to scam me or take advantage of my finances. He worked with me on my finances to offer me a solution that worked for my budget with results I am so pleased with. Thank you to everyone here! I'll be back again and will be sure to refer my friends/family as well!
