I just had a bridge put in by the best Dentist I've had in my life. The whole staff is awesome . I highly recommend River Oaks Family Dental over these chain Dental businesses popping up everywhere. You should seriously try them before trying the others. You can even save money by buying a family plan with them without having to worry if your about your insurance covering it. They even have their own Dental plan that better than most when you get down to it. Check them out for all of yours and your family's Dental needs.

Gave 2 stars because I really liked the hygienist. I guess the biggest complaint is the issues I had with their filing of my insurance. I have a primary and secondary and it can be a challenge to file I guess? I started receiving a bill after I already paid my portion and when I called I was told they will refile etc and don't worry about bill. Got another notice so I called and no one answered then left a voicemail that no one returned. Got a final notice with threat of bill collection last week so called office (again) and got unacceptable excuses not going into it on here. River Oaks Dental is not worth the frustration and rudeness I encountered today ( you now who you are) so I just went to office and paid the money... even the stupid debit card fee they charge. Nail in the coffin, I still have a tooth ache (no its not phantom pain doctor).

From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you're at home among family. They somehow manage to merge a very professional approach to a warm family atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get me in quickly when I had an emergency. They also diagnosed me and referred me to a specialist for my very unique situation. I have finally found a dental group I trust and feel completely confident visiting. I highly recommend!

Being told different amounts of what I owe. Spoke to Jennifer last month about what was left on my bill and she told me around $130 is what was left I let her know just to take the whole thing out on the 15th of this other as I was told that's when they can take out. Now waking up to seeing that my card has been ran 3x one on the 12th, the 15th, and today the 19th. Not very good at explains what is left.

Went here for my annual cleaning after switching insurance. They did a great job and were quick and friendly. We live right down the street so the location couldn't be better and it's not in a stuffy medical office building so it was less stressful than my past dentist visits.

Went here for my annual cleaning after switching insurance. They did a great job and were quick and friendly. We live right down the street so the location couldn't be better and it's not in a stuffy medical office building so it was less stressful than my past dentist visits.

Dr. Mancera and his staff are very professional and friendly. I was very nervous while having a procedure done and Dr. Mancera helped me calm down!

Everyone is very friendly when you enter and makes you feel welcome. I was there for a cleaning and Parker is the best. She is extremely personable and especially knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Gonzales came in and answered a question about a concern I was having. I could not be more pleased with River Oaks Family Dental.

While chewing on a piece of gum my crown came off of a molar. I called River Oaks Dental office and they were able to see me right away. The dentist Dr. Donald and his staff were very polite and knowledgeable of what needed to be done to restore my crown back to a serviceable condition. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the professionalism of the staff. Thank you River Oaks Dental

From the front desk clerk Jennifer, to the dental assistant Parker, to Dr. Mancera-my visits have been over-the-top exceptional! Everyone I've come into contact with at River Oaks Dental has exceeded any expectations or hopes one could have for going to the dentist. I've been in for hygiene, an extraction, decay removal, and a cap. They are each supportive, knowledgeable, and INCREDIBLY informative from the payments to the procedures and beyond. I would give them 50 stars if I could. I MORE THAN HIGHLY recommend them!
