What a great place! We transferred from a neighboring state and we worried it would be difficult or we would have to start my sons process all over, thankfully neither was true! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a beautiful location!

First, please know that Dr. Wenderoth and his staff (a few years back) was fantastic. I went through two treatment processes as an adult with no complaints. The staff was friendly and professional. My son started his treatment with Dr. Wenderoth as well, but is now with Dr. Norman. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviews that the service level, friendliness, and staff experience seems far below the standard we became accustomed to with Dr. Wenderoth. I don't think my son has seen the same assistant twice over the past year. No one speaks to my son or myself outside of "open". We are on month 27 of a 18-24 month treatment plan with no end in sight. We showed up for a scheduled appointment one day to find the office closed without notice. When I sent an email about the experience, I received no reply. Can't wait to be done with this place!!

I am a old client of clinic and went there for emergency and now they are have a new Wonderful and awesome doctor! I was very nervous, because only a few ladies I knew ... But!!! It was a such a lovely experience! They all So Friendly, care, and professional as usual! We exchanged a joke, laughed and gave a hugs to each other!! Highly recommend to go for any orthodontic Work there!! It's was 41 minutes drive from my home still- was wort every minute! Girls at front desk always so polite and sweet!! We love River Falls!!! We moved from another state. Had a consult with a different orthodontist who told us we would need to have my daughter's braces removed and they would apply new braces after we had already been in treatment for nine months at our previous ortho (of course charging us as if we were an entirely new patient). We then came to River Falls and were pleased to find out she could continue treatment with her current braces. The office is beautiful, the staff is nice, and they gave us a warm chocolate chip cookie.
