Dr. Ayoub is a board-certified endodontist, with close to 15 years of experience in dentistry. After achieving her goals as a general dentist, Dr. Ayoub made a choice to broaden her knowledge in Endodontics and to specialize.
In 2015 Dr. Ayoub finished her Endodontic Residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and earned her Masters degree and her thesis defense research was published in the Journal of Endodontics.
Dr. Ayoub wants every patient to have a positive experience. Any patient in pain is her top priority and she truly believes that she is not only treating teeth, but the patient as a whole. She listens not only to complaints about teeth pain, but is also compassionate and lends an ear to those patients who have other stresses in life that contribute to the patients health as a whole.
Being a board-certified endodontist has put her in an elite group of endodontists who have reached the highest level of education in endodontics, understanding and applying new research and techniques, and contributing to the reputation and vitality of her specialty.

I have seen other reviewers say that they are the "most" nervous patients possible, but I have to say that I was the MOST nervous. However, Dr. Carol and Macy were amazing... so kind & gentle. Dr. Carol communicated throughout the procedure (root canal) and continually checked-in to make sure I was doing OK. Before, during and after the procedure she patiently answered my questions and made sure I understood what would happen and what to expect. And Dr. Carol called personally the next day to follow-up. After being so afraid, the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Carol and her team really turned around the experience. Also - if she were just nice and not also an amazing practitioner, then it wouldn't really matter - but Dr. Carol is both Kind and Exemplary at her job. I hope I never see her again (ha!), but this was as good an experience for a root canal as ever possible.

Dr. Carol was very professional and her office was first class. I was referred to her for a root canal. Nobody wants to get a root canal, but she made it as painless as possible, took time to answer questions, and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Carol.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Carol and her staff. She is an excellent Endodontist, but most of all, Dr. Carol is a kind, thoughtful and caring doctor. I was in pain, called her office on a Sunday and she saw me the next day. Throughout the procedure she made sure I was not uncomfortable. With my high anxiety in a dental chair, she was especially calming and thoughtful. Dr. Carol called me the next day to check on me. I would highly recommend Dr. Carol to my family and friends.

Never been to this office before until last week. The office was incredibly clean, super high tech, and an amazing/polite staff. To be honest, I hate going to the dentist but this was the best experience to date!

If you have a choice of providers, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Carol. I had a root canal in October with a different doctor and it was horrific. I injured my front tooth and needed another root canal. I was referred to Dr. Carol and the experience was night and day different. No pain. Very little discomfort. She did a great job explaining everything. I cannot say enough about Dr. Carol!

I recently had a root canal performed by Dr Ayoub and would highly recommend her and River Endondotics should you need to have the procedure performed. She and her team are first rate. They answered all my questions, carefully explained the procedure and did everything they could to make me comfortable and the procedure pain free. I never could imagine saying that getting a root canal was a great experience but Dr. Ayoub and River Endodontics definitely provided one.

I fractured a tooth and was referred to Dr. Carol for a root canal. Having never come across a more anxious and medically phobic person than myself, I had a pit in my stomach and high anxiety for the few days leading up to this procedure. Dr. Carol and Macy were incredibly understanding and very patient with me. They made me feel comfortable the entire time. They were communicative throughout, patient, gentle, and made a procedure with a certain degree of inherent discomfort comfortable and relaxing (and most importantly, successfully saved the salvageable portion of my tooth!). Obviously, I hope to never have the need for another root canal, but I would definitely go back to Dr. Carol if that day should come.

I was referred to Dr. Carol for a root canal and she was AMAZING! I am very impressed with this practice. Dr. Carol is one of the kindest dental professionals I have ever seen. She explained the entire procedure and checked on me multiple times to be sure that I was not uncomfortable during the procedure. She was very thorough, kind and was able to squeeze me in next day because she knew I was experiencing pain. I highly recommend this practice. You can tell that Dr. Carol is an excellent endodontist as well as a good and kind person.
