I have known Dr. Hilburn since I was a young child so when I needed to find a new dentist, I decided to give him a shot and I am so glad I did. Very courteous staff who explain everything to you, very nice office, have great selections of music playing throughout the building and also send text updates which I appreciate since I can't always answer my phone. And now they have Dr Jordan in the office helping and she is super nice and wants to get to know each person she sees. If you need a dentist, whether a first time or trying out a new office, give these awesome dentists a try. You won't regret it

Dr. Hilburn and his staff are top notch. I've been a customer for over 20 years. You can expect prompt, professional service every visit. They get the job completed right the first time. Great communication skills from each of team members so you know exactly what the recommended procedure is and no hard sell if you choose differently. I highly recommend this dental practice, you will not be disappointed!

Todd Hilburn will always be my dentist! He completely changed the negative feelings I had toward "going to the dentist". (I've been to some stinkers) He is so patient and sensitive to my needs (I'm a pretty big baby) He always makes certain I am calm & comfortable before beginning any procedures as opposed to dentists I've seen in the past who made me feel like a burden (I typically need more anesthetic to numb me than most apparently.. more gas to achieve calmness). Dr. Hilburn & his staff are always friendly kind & patient with me & that means the world to this big chicken lol! Seriously if ever I move away from West Monroe I'll make the trip, however long, to see Dr. Hilburn for all my dental needs! Please don't ever move or retire doc!!

Dr. Hilburn and his staff were very kind and took their time during my appointment today. I didn't feel that they rushed to get me out quickly. Dr. Hilburn was very knowledgeable and communicated well with me about a game plan for my (not routine) dental care. It's also a plus that he does dentistry AND orthodontics so that I wont have to go between his office and another to get complete care for the issues I need addressed. Overall, my first visit with them was great and I felt very comfortable. I am sure that I will be receiving the best care with them.

Best dentist ever! My entire family used him. My daddy got teeth work done 10 years ago and just now had us call him to fix his only issue ever with them! Of course he worked him right in!

Good friend of mine put me on to Todd Hilburn. Had 2 teeth pulled and cleaning I have to say it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a Dentist. Walk in the receptionist is super nice and very helpful was called back very fast. The lady who cleaned my teeth and did x-rays was extremely nice and professional you see everything they are doing on screen x-rays good bad teeth marked and plan of action. Todd comes in to review and go over every single detail no matter how small and what he says happened no surprises. Thank you and I have found a place I most defiantly can call home
