Dr. Cole Chester originates from Wisconsin and received a Bachelors degree in History from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. After teaching in Asia for several years, Dr. Chester decided to return to the United States to pursue a career in dentistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree graduating with Honors from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Chester is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Maryland State Dental Association. He enjoys painting, glasswork, and hiking with his wife and two spoiled dogs.

Horrible. Incompetant scheduling. Promised a cleaning for 6 months with my cavity visits kept not getting the cleaning. I live 65 minutes away and they finally scheduled a cleaning on the day after a cavity visit. Texted Sunday night to come Tuesday. I showed up 8 am only to find they had terminated the appointment due to a misunderstanding. In addition, dr. Schaeffer was supposed to get a copy.of my panorax and i assumed he did. Never assume.! He was working.on me without even having it. I was with that.office.for close to 12.years. It really went down hill. Goodbye Danny! You.must have been running the place! BTW..WHAT HYGENIST!@

I highly recommend River Dental. Dr. Chester and Hygienist service is so amazing. No pain, very informative through out the procedure. The front office staff friendly and professional. This is the most comfortable Dental experience in my lifetime!!! Sincere, Thank you....

I am a new patient at River Dental. Dr. Chester is fantastic! My hygenist last week (Dani/Danny) was terrific as was Fran today. I love that this is a veteran owned business as well. I am overall extremely pleased and highly recommend River Dental to anyone looking for top notch dental care!

I highly recommend River Dental. This is the most comfortable dentist office I have ever been to. I have been going to Dr Stauffer for several years and he is always very professional and explains everything clearly. The dental assistants are super knowledgeable and friendly and the receptionists are very welcoming and accommodating when scheduling a appointment. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

I had chipped my front tooth when I was little and the bonding from then came off at work. I called in a panic and they fit me in the very next morning!! Dr. Stauffer went above and beyond to make my tooth look perfect! He even filled in a small gap between my teeth (last minute request) that I was self conscious about all my life. Very HAPPY with the result!!

Dr. Stauffer and all the staff at River Dental are so friendly and wonderful. I have always hated going to the dentist and put it off for almost 10 years after a few bad experiences. After coming here for the last few years I don't mind it anymore and don't dread it when I see it coming up on my calendar. Thanks for being great and treating people wonderfully!

Dr. Chester and Fran are amazing! They are friendly and professional. There is always time for a quick chat to make the patient feel comfortable and like they are among friends. I couldn't be more comfortable with my new dental office.
