I really enjoyed my visit to River Club Dental and I am so glad that I found this dental practice. The staff was friendly and personable. The nurse was very helpful and explained each "procedure" that was performed. I didn't have any work done today but I feel confident that once the Dr starts to work on me everything will be showed to me and explained as it is performed. I wish I had gotten the name of the nurse committed to memory to give her the proper acknowledgment she deserves. She made me feel comfortable, she was knowledgeable and very funny. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Dr Kim is knowledgeable for such a young man, he's also friendly and ales the time out to listen to you and what you want or need.

Oh, my I don't know where to start, first of all I went to another dentist prior to going to river club dental care. They told me that I needed to get two teeth pulled and that was that. I was so sad. I decided to go to River club just for a second opinion. Thank god I did. Everyone was wonderful. He was able to save my tooth that the other dentist want to pull and from start to finish took care of me. I would tell everyone to go to River club dentist care. I know all my family will. They have a wonderful staff and the best dentist

Had two fillings done today. Generous with the local anesthetic, didn't feel a thing. Quick and thorough. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Dr. Kim is the best. He did great with my 6 year olds first fill in. He and his staff have a great plan when they deal with young children. They obviously know what they are doing and I left there as a parent so happy and satisfied. All the staff is great and especially the front desk employee.

I love Dr Kim and staff. I have been a patient here for 6 years now and have rarely waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. The staff is so professional and kind. I am so happy to have found this office to take care of my dental needs.

I came in after shopping around to get pricing for 6 cavities to be filled. Let me start by saying Elise at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough in explaining things and helping me work with my insurance and appointments, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable after I explained prior dental experiences made coming to the dentist very hard for me. The Dr however is the complete opposite. I tried to explain to him, after I was asking questions and him not answering, that I have anxiety from a traumatic experience 7 years ago, and it took me that long to even go back to a dentist. He then was showing me my photos and x-rays and asked "do you know what that is?" And I said "no" he said "it's sealant, what is that?" I said "I don't know, I'm not a dentist can you explain it?" And he told me to start googling it on my phone and said "if you think I'm lying then check." I told him that no, I will not be checking and I won't be getting my work done here and he responded with "yeah you should go, just go. Leave and get out." Absolutely outrageous that a Dr would take a patient asking questions about the suggested treatment and what is happening in their mouth as a challenge to their proficiency as a medical professional. I 100% do not reccomend you go here, and I highly suggest that Elise find a new practice that will better benefit from her kindness and attentive care to patients. I'll now gladly pay double for my cavities to be filled if it means working with a dentist who will listen to me, answer my questions, and explain the process without getting so offended.

I went to the Dentist at River Club Dental Care and received the best customer service from a Dental Care ever! Now, I've been to a couple of dentists before, only to try and find the right Dentist to connect with according to my dental care and never been to a place like this one before. The staff was very warming, attentive and respectful to my needs from the moment I went in, to the moment I left. Thanks River Club Dental for all of your help today. I look forward to making you guys my primary Dental Care from now on. Pastor Chris McGill Jr.

Excellent staff and Dr. Kim was great. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating to make you feel comfortable. Clean rooms and overhead TVs for your comfort. Highly recommend

The doctor himself was great, but the hygenists were very sloppy and rushed. When it came to the flouride they got it all over my lips and i had to go to the bathroom to scrub it off my mouth which was VERY difficult.

I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time, I was able to get in very quickly and given a print out of a game plan of what needs to be done for the health of my mouth! Highly recommend, very nice and polite staff and doctor!

My daughter and I really like the staff and the Doctor. The staff was very friendly and warm to us and comforted my daughter afterwards. I will be bringing her back for her future cleanings and dental needs. Thank you!
