This is a great office. Friendly staff on the phone. Friendly and engaging staff in person. Lots of text appointment reminders. Our hygienist Valencia spoke to my kids like they were friends and she was kind and gentle. Our doctor was also super kind and spoke to everyone so they would understand. We were taken on time and we were out of the office promptly. Great practice and highly recommend!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to leave a one start review. While I think the doctor is fantastic with children, her office staff are incompetent and the frustrations they cause cannot make up for how good she is as a doctor. They billed my insurance for the wrong child which caused a lot of issues every time we submit a claim. Then they scheduled a cleaning telling me it was time but it was actually two week early. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the cleaning even though they told me it would be covered. I hope the doctor makes some changes to her billing and insurance verification staff but until then, we will be looking for a new dentist.

All the staff is so great with my kids. There's always a little hesitancy and nervousness from my children at first, but they do an amazing job of making them feel comfortable. The appointments are always quick and easy!! I am super thankful!

Dr. Lais Dalmagro Peruchi is excellent. She is very positive and encouraging, and works hard to make her patients comfortable.

Took my 5 almost 6 year old for her annual appointment. The hygienist was amazing! She explained everything to my daughter, she effortlessly complimented my daughter on her teeth and behavior and politely educated her on ways to improve her oral hygiene (flossing, brushing way in the back, making healthy choices, etc). My daughter was excited and proud of herself for being able to stop sucking her thumb and this visit reiterated the importance of her hard work. The dentist herself was good as well, explaining when her teeth should come out, explaining permanent teeth and praising her for her hard word in keeping her teeth/gums healthy. The dentist also recommended some things we could do as a family to promote good oral habits in our almost 1 year old. As a parent who absolutely hates the dentist myself and often avoids my own visits, I am genuinely looking forward to both of my kids going back in 6 months.

Everyone was welcoming and put my son (3) at ease. Ms. Karen did an amazing job at explaining each step. We left with smiles and clean teeth.

All 5 of my kids felt very relaxed and welcomed at River City Pediatric Dentistry. The staff was very personable and friendly. We felt like we have been coming here for years at our first appointment. They did a great job with the cleaning, x-rays, and fillings.

Dr Lais is so kind and friendly with my sons and I. My son broken her teeth and Doctor Lais bring him a perfect smile again. I'm so grateful for all staff. The best place ever!!!! As long as we live in Jacksonville, we'll be back on the RCPD with Doctor Lais.

This office does not review the procedure codes with your insurance until after the visit and then stuck me with a $400 bill a month later. I also stop going there because my son complained that they were rough with him and didn't seem to care he was uncomfortable.

Would highly recommend. I have a child with autism and they were very good with him will definitely keep coming back. Also they were the first dentistry that caught that my son has 3 rows for front teeth, that now would have to be removed that the other dentistry didn't even see. Staff is very nice.

I love the staff at River City Pediatric. My son was only 2 when he had to have his tooth pulled and they did their best to ease him. They do not take our insurance, but I still go to them. As we are self pay when asked they made sure to break down pricing before we went forward. They always make me feel comfortable and do their best to make the kids feel comfortable too.

BEST PEDIATRIC DENTIST AROUND! We went unexpectedly for our first visits this past week and they did not disappoint! I went to this same dentist as a child seeing Dr. S. I'm thankful I can now bring my own babies here even if it's with a new doctor. Dr. Lais is FANTASTIC in every sense of the word, same with all of her staff!

The staff is amazing, they are friendly, gentle and very patient. The doctor even went the extra mile and sang to my 4 year old while he was in the chair. Very clean and organized.
