Absolutely love Dr. Jason!!! He truly is the BEST! He has done work on all of my kids as well as myself. My daughter Paige interned with him for a while. She loves him!! Post Falls is lucky to have him. Cares and wants the best for his patients.
Excellent experience, I actually enjoyed my cleaning and crown. The staff are awesome and Dr.J explained everything fully. Michelle, Lydia, Brandy and Emily treated me as an old friend. Very thorough and top notch care.

River City Dentistry is a state of the art, class act. Dr Allred took care of me on a weekend emergency call about my pain, he scheduled me into his office Monday morning and diagnosed I needed a root canal. Without waiting he went to work

The tooth implant process was way easier than I thought it was going to be! Dr. Allred has state of the art equipment that made the process fast and painless. The staff is great! They were always efficient, kind, and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I checked with 2 other dentists and found River City Dentistry the most affordable. I highly recommend River City Dentistry!

Went in to have some cavities fixed, the doctor fixed a chipped tooth I had in the front while he was at it, without even charging me for it. I've been insecure about that tooth for years. Great dentist, really cool of him to do that for me! This place is great, the rest of the staff was awesome as well.

River City Dentistry was a Breath of Fresh Air. They are very friendly and professional. I had a great time there. A dentist messed up a couple teeth and this friendly crew just jumped on it. I've never been to a dental office like this. A couple visits and I feel like a new person. I'd give them 10 stars if I could

I don't leave reviews much but have been thinking about leaving one since I've left this office. It's definitely family oriented, they make you feel comfortable and cared for. Doctor Allred and his assistant are a great team! He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it which made my anxiety diminish. His work is flawless, he took care of me and the work I needed done relatively quick. He's gentle, kind and has a great sense of humor. Hands down the best dentist I have met yet. Oh and the ladies at the front desk are personable and social and very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend!!

**UPDATE: has been very apologetic & continues to be kind & explain things to me, & is still trying to get me scheduled in even though very busy. Nowhere else is accepting new patients at all right now so I appreciate even being able to get on the schedule at all here.** Extremely backed out with appointments, couldn't get my cleaning & wasn't informed there'd be almost a year wait list after my consult.

I'm always a bit nervous trying to find a new dentist, you don't know if they're nice until it's too late! From the scheduling front desk to the insurance lady to the hygienists, all the way to the doctor, everyone was beyond pleasant. They made every part easy, working with our schedule as much as possible and welcoming us with bright smiles and cheerful attitudes. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Dr Jason Allred replaced one of my front tooth crown. The result was perfect considering how hard it can be to match the existing front tooth. Highly recommend. Professional and Friendly staff.

This was hands-down the best dentist visit I've ever had. I've become quite wary of going to the dentist and even get anxious after having a few rather traumatic experiences in the last couple years. However, I felt like the care I received today was thorough and gentle, and I never once felt rushed. In fact quite the opposite, as I was asked more than once if I had any questions. All my concerns were explained to me, and the staff was friendly and I genuinely felt cared for. I actually called my husband as I was leaving, and he was going to call immediately and get set up with River city dental as soon as possible!

Dr. Jason and his assistant were very good! The doctor explained to me what was going on with my teeth and they are worse off then I thought. So I'm going to get them fixed!
