Dr. Armstrong graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, OH. Since completing his education, he has remained committed to advancing his knowledge in the fields of general, aesthetic, and surgical dentistry. He also enjoys exploring the fields of orthodontics, endodontics, and practice management.
Although Dr. Armstrong is a native of Bozeman, MT, he finds Chattanooga, TN, strikingly similar to his hometown due to its serenity, abundance of outdoor activities, and sense of community. Having felt a warm Southern welcome to his new home, he proudly provides patients of East Brainerd, TN, andsurrounding communities with personable and quality dental care.
AtRiver City Dentistry, we are also committed to using the most advanced equipment to perform the most accurate diagnoses and provide the most effective form of treatment. Our office is equipped with some of the most advanced dental technology available, including3D imagingequipment and a chairside economical restoration of esthetic ceramics (CEREC) machine. If you don't love going to the dentist, you're going to the wrong dentist! I enjoy seeing Dr. Blaylock and his team! Brittany is amazing. She always has a smile and kind word. And AJ is so kind and gentle! I highly recommend Blaylock Family Dentistry!

Wonderful experiences all around! The team is super helpful and accommodating. I'm always treated kindly and promptly, no need to wait forever! Savannah and the team are so friendly and helpful with paperwork and scheduling. Dr. Blaylock is always incredibly careful and patient. The office is clean and bright and the procedures are quite affordable and the music is great! Highly recommend their services!

Moving can be scary but finding a new dentist even scarier. Thankfully I was referred by a friend to Dr. Blaylock! He and his staff made me feel welcome and at ease. I came as a new patient with a dental emergency. Dr. Blaylock spent time explaining what needed to be done and how he would do it. Even though my emergency took about 2 hours to treat, he did it at that first visit for which I was extremely grateful. If you are new to the area, unhappy with your current provider or just need a second opinion, I would encourage you to see Dr. Blaylock you won't regret it!

I had a great experience! My hygienist was very friendly and thorough. She really took her time and kept me informed on what she was doing. Dr. Blaylock was super friendly and great as well. I feel he is a dentist I can trust. It was an all around comfortable and pleasant experience.

Dr. Blaylock and his staff are fantastic! Dr. Blaylock is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and does top notch dentistry. He offers so many services including implants, cosmetic dentistry & veneers, whitening, clear braces, Botox, and comprehensive general dentistry. He will always take the time to really listen to your concerns and create a comprehensive treatment plan that works for what your goals are. I've seen a lot of dentists over the years, and trust me when I say you will not find a better dentist in the Chattanooga area. I highly recommend Blaylock Family Dentistry!!

Dr. Blaylock and the staff are amazing! I was able to easily make an appointment twice this month for issues I was having. I had a cavity filled and a root canal and both procedures took no time at all. Dr. Blaylock and his assistant made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. My family and I have found our new dentist

I really, really like this dental office! The hygienist is great, the wait was reasonable, Dr. Blaylock is awesome. The doctor checked my jaw muscles because I mentioned having headaches - which no dentist has ever done. He was very thorough and personable.

Super friendly dental staff who are always super accommodating when it comes to my schedule and figuring appointments out! They also always let me know if there's a cancellation and ask if i'd like to be seen earlier which i appreciate! the dentist is super nice, and always transparent with me about what services i may need, overall one of the best dental offices i've ever been to!

The whole team at Blaylock Family Dentistry is phenomenal! From the moment you walk in the door, there's no doubt that they are truly genuine and care not only about your dental health, but you as a person. I went in terrified after a horrible dental experience 15 years ago and hadn't seen anyone since. I was anxious about being judged and instead, they showed me compassion and came up with a treatment plan that would give me the smile I've only dreamed about for the last 15 years.
