Dr Obebe is an AMAZING dentist , as well as his staff. I have seen so much kindness from his staff and guess what, Dr. Obebe doesn't have to be around for the staff to be kind. My daughter, who is now fifteen, has been going to Dr. Obebe since 2021, she has to have a lot of work done to her teeth because the pass dental I had thought was doing a great job, had stop cleaning them properly. I have been trying to find another good dentist but everyone was booked up and couldn't get her in. I remember praying, hoping to find someone who had a spot open because of her toothache . When I googled and saw River Chase Dental Care, it had to be God. The staff was so kind to ask questions and I told them that she was in pain. I remember they were booked, but God, that lady got my daughter in to see Dr. Obebe. His staff is wonderful and very professional at what they have been trained to do, care for people. The communication is great, they explain everything and answer all the questions. The work he has done on my daughter has made her feel so good about herself , her smile and confidence have been built up because her teeth look amazing. Dr. Obebe has done what he said he would do, the dental work is just amazing . I thank God for all of them, and for Dr. Obebe his staff are thorough professionals and courteous. God bless you all for making a teenager and mom smile every time we visit. Deut 30:9 says, "Then the LORD you r God will make you most prosperous in all the work of your hands.

Please stay away from this place Dr Obebe is rude ,this place is money hungry .they gave me a quote for about 5,000 and got mad that I didn't want to move forward with there services...they refused to send my X-rays to another dentist(i wanted a second opinion )after weeks of calling they finally sent the X-rays ..got a second opinion at a new dentist which they stated that I didn't need any work done and that my teeth look great ! They weren't sure why river chase gave me a quote for 5,000 when there was no work needing to be done !River chase is a joke !

I feel like this a great facility as the staff are super friendly however, I do agree with the rest of the 1-star reviews when they say this establishment is profit driven. I had recently moved back to the area and after meeting with my periodontist, he recommended I get a cleaning in order to move on to my next appointment with him. I called Riverside Chase Dental, made an appointment for a regular cleaning, and completed my new patient paperwork. Due to Covid-19, I was unable to get to my annual cleaning in 2020. It should also be noted that I have always had a problem with my gums being over-grown (documented in my new patient paperwork, 2 gingevectomies and 2 crown lengthening surgeries). Dr. Obebe immediately said I had gum disease and would require a deep cleaning along with a gingivectomy. I informed him that I have had this issue for years and would only need a regular cleaning as I would be seeing my periodontist (who has informed me I do not have gum disease) soon and he would be performing my 3rd crown lengthening surgery. Dr. Obebe then proceeded to tell me I need my wisdom teeth removed, which was true but as of that day, I only needed my teeth cleaned. He left the room and a few moments later, I was greeted by the receptionist with a bill for $1800. Confused, I asked her what this is for and she explained that would be my cost for wisdom teeth extraction. I said okay, signed the paper work, and proceeded to wait for my teeth to be cleaned. I was later informed that the cleaning that I had requested would only be done when I got my wisdom teeth extracted. I was dumbfounded because I felt like I only would get a cleaning if I paid this large bill for my wisdom teeth extraction. I paid nothing at this appointment, which was a plus, but I felt as if this was just a consultation. To make matters even worse, my appointment was at 10:00am EST, I wasn't seen until around 11:00am, and left around 11:45am. Almost 2 hours and I never got the cleaning. Granted I had forgot about the covid screening sent to my phone that morning, but I completed it within five minutes. I had to call and make sure my appointment was still going to happen. Great staff, awesome establishment, but very, very money driven.

This place stated I needed a deep cleaning before getting all four wisdom teeth removed. Although I was under but aware, the procedure only took an hour and THEY DID NOT DO A DEEP CLEANING. Also gave me a total of$1079 but billed my insurance $5000. Yes I stopped payments because I felt like they lied about my cleaning. My mom even stated "that was really quick".

I'm very disappointed in my last visit at Riverchase dental. I had been going there previously for years and never had any issues. I went there for the first time in two years because when I turned nineteen I didn't have insurance anymore and life just happened. I went for first appointment a week ago and Dr.Obebe was just very rude he asked why I hadn't been in two years showed me my teeth on the tv in the room and just kept saying look at your teeth on the screen this is bad blah blah.. he ended up saying I needed a deep cleaning everywhere and made me feel horrible. I just turned twenty one. I've never had bad teeth. I've never even had a cavity. Today I went to Dr.Spann for a second opinion and was told I DID NOT need a deep cleaning! I'm so glad I went and got a second opinion and won't have to pay the $260 after the insurance Riverchase wanted me to pay.

I came in for a painful toothache. Doctor examined my teeth and said they'd work up a plan. This $1700 plan didn't even include fixing the the teeth I came in for. As I'm in pain they were more worried about up selling me than making me feel better. The technician was polite so Two stars.

Dr. Obebe has been my children's dentist for 4 years. They have had nothing but a great experience with him. I however wasn't going to him because I didn't have insurance but that's not to say that they don't accept patients without insurance. They do! So I was going to another dentist in Auburn who did some horrible dental work! I came to Dr. Obebe and he made me feel at ease about coming here. When I came in for my initial appointment there was gospel music playing to relax me. He correct my problem and I feel so much better! If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy dentist this is the place. Also I cannot forget to mention his amazing office manager Darlene. She gets the job done with a very positive attitude and she helps beyond measures. Thank you all!!!!

Dr. Obebe and his staff have been taking care of me and my families dental needs for over ten years now. They are all friendly and caring professionals. I know my family and I are in good hands when we walk through this the door, from the friendly receptionist, to the dental hygienist/assistant, and dentist all ensuring we have all our health needs met. I would recommend this dental office to everyone.
