As usual, the staff reminded me of my appointment and what I needed to do to prepare for it. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and my hygienist did a perfect and painless job on my teeth. It was time to renew my senior package and I got good some good news. Because I am over 80, my fee for the package dropped by around $100 per year and my discount for non-recurring treatment increased to 40 % off regular fees. So, my trip to the dentist was absolutely painless.

The hygienist was sensitive to the drowning sensation one expects to experience at the dentist. She did her job in short intervals allowing the patient (me) to swallow or spit frequently.

I'm not a person that likes to go to the dentist, but the people at River Bluff Dental are all so friendly and welcoming that I found myself a lot calmer than I normally am during my dental cleaning. Cassie is fabulous at what she does and is quick and gentle. Great people from the time you walk in and you're greeted by the front desk, to walking out the door after seeing Dr Palmer. Definitely will be back in six months for my next check up and cleaning!

Staff are incredibly nice and understanding. Dr. Palmer is an upstanding professional individual that truly cares for each patient (my entire family sees him). Dr. Palmer and staff always take care of your needs and often go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Not recommended. Dr. Palmer is incompetent. I saw him for some tooth discomfort and he recommended an extraction. He pulled the wrong tooth and then wanted to charge for an implant. Staff is also rude and slow. The 5 star reviews are definitely fake. Krengel Dental or Lifestyles are much better options.

A lot of fake 5 star reviews for this mediocre dentist. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. River Bluff Dental has greedy practices such as pushing getting a tooth crown that you don't need because of one week of mouth pain. The pain is now gone without the crown and it was not a fracture. I am so glad I said no. Greedy practices like this demonstrate River Bluff Dental and their dentists care about no one.

Dr. Palmer and his team really helped me in my time of need. I had an urgent situation come up and they got me in immediately, took care of the pain I was in. Multiple people called me the next day to see if I was doing ok and asked if I needed anything. I was impressed by the professionalism and thankful for all of them.

Terrible dentist with fake 5 star reviews. I went for a routine check up and he tried to convince me I needed fillings . Went to another dentist who disagreed. Very unprofessional and rude staff

There are so many great dentists in Minnesota. Don't spend your money here. He is an awful person who only cares about himself
