Born and raised in the East Falls area of Philadelphia, Dr. Cronin graduated 4th in her class from Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry in 2005. She continued her training and received her certificate in 2006 from Albert Einstein Medical Center, Department of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry is important to Dr. Cronin. She has attended numerous courses throughout recent years including advanced training in dental implants. This has enabled her to provide her patients with the best quality of care in the field. Dr. Cronin has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments including root canal therapy.
Her approach to your treatment starts with listening to you. Then, after a complete and thorough examination, she reviews and discusses the diagnosis and treatment options with you. I take pride in getting to know my patients including their wants, needs and sometimes fears. I understand through personal family experience that dentistry can cause anxiety for some. It is my pleasure to address all your questions and concerns. To make each patient feel comfortable and help them achieve a healthy beautiful smile.
Dr. Cronin also believes in giving back and founded the Haiti Dental Mission while a student and continues to travel to Haiti yearly. Locally, Dr. Cronin has donated and supported many charities including Smiles for Success and the American Cancer Association.
In her spare time Dr. Cronin enjoys spending time with her eight year old daughter, Juliana, and when time permits enjoys the movies, the restaurants of Philadelphia and particularly those of Rittenhouse Square and her home town of Haddonfield, NJ.
Dr. Z was born in Tbilisi, Georgia and grew up in Moorestown, NJ. She graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelors degree in science and received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from the University of New England Dental School in Portland, ME. She continued her training and received her certificate for general practice residency from Albert Einstein Medical Center, Department of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Zangaladze is skilled in various aspects of dentistry from restorative, cosmetic, to implant dentistry. She has been recognized and awarded by her mentors for her excellence in prosthodontics. She continues to stay up to date on the latest and newest technology relating to dental treatments in order to provide her patients with the best care possible. Dr. Zangaladze believes that listening to her patients and educating them is one the of most important parts of dentistry. She wants to make sure her patients feel comfortable with her and with decisions that are made relating to treatment. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them in all of their dental needs in order to provide them with healthy beautiful smiles.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Zangaladze likes to spends time with her family in NJ, as well as her friends. She likes to travel as much as she can and try as many different restaurants as possible, especially in the Philadelphia area.

The staff here are truly present, caring, communicative and accountable. It's amazing to feel taken care of (especially since I find dental work to be anxiety producing) in an era where many offices and professional environments are very cold, alienating and dehumanizing. Dr. Cronin and her staff make me feel comfortable every time I come in. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist so that says a lot. If I have a problem with my teeth no matter the day they always respond and help out anyway they can. Even with Dr. Cronin being out this year the staff has done everything they can to continue with the high quality service she has always provided. I highly recommend Rittenhouse Smiles. It's worth venturing into the city.

I have had two visits so far; I've switched from a different dental practice where things were not going great. Here, at Rittenhouse Smiles, I already feel the difference and better care. My doctor and dental assistant are very knowledgeable, helpful; they answer all my concerns and questions. This dental practice's care menu is something I've not experienced before and I love it! My hygienist was very good, too. I can't wait to come back :)

My hygienist was very good, too. I can't wait to come back :) One comment I would like to note, though, is for the reception staff. They should give precise breakdowns of costs and out of pocket as opposed to asking for a total amount payment; as well as make sure to account for pre-payments made. I would say before putting a card swipe device in front of me is for the reception staff to have all breakdowns, what would be submitted to insurance, what pre-payment was made, and only then ask me to pay what is left or what is estimated. This would be helpful and respectful for me as patient and for the practice, too. I thought this was a bit too forward and confusing; I had to take some significant time to ask a number of questions of the receptionist before making a payment.

Amazing! The very best dental experience I've ever had. I've had a number of visits and always feel so taken care of. This time I had Lori for a routine cleaning and she was extremely thorough, detailed, and careful!! If you are tired of stale dentist offices and want a great smile, go here!! The team at Rittenhouse Smiles is the best! They should be very proud of the level of service they provide!

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist. When I switched to Rittenhouse Smiles a couple of years ago, I was dreading going to my first appointment. Now I actually look forward to my visits! Everyone is so nice and caring. I expressed my commitment to my health and they explained everything to me and gave me advice based on my life/teeth. They really work with you on your oral health and don't talk down to you while doing so. The people that work there are so personable and kind. I really have never experienced such great service from an organization. People in my life, from my family to my coworkers, know how much I enjoy this establishment. I recommend them to everyone I know. Don't get me wrong, getting my teeth cleaned still isn't my favorite activity but everything else about Rittenhouse Smiles more than makes up for it. I am a converted person for sure!!
