Dr. Greg Ritchie wants his patients to expect and receive gentle, friendly dental care every time they walk in the door. Thats why he takes the time to get to know his patients and keep you as informed as possible about your treatment options and why he makes the recommendations he does. Dr. Ritchie attends extensive hours of continuing dental education annually to ensure he is always providing each of his patients with the latest, most effective dental care available today.
Dr. Greg Ritchie and his staff treat every patient who walks into the Brady office as if they were family. From the friendly greeting at the front door to our compassionate care in the examination room, everything is done to make you feel comfortable. We also strive to communicate well, so you understand your treatment options and why we may think a certain procedure is in the best interest of your smile and oral health. Dr. Ritche takes great pride in his work and is committed to providing state-of-the-art dentistry with the latest technology available.
Jennifer has been cleaning and caring for smiles since 2004. She grew up in Lubbock, and was a Texas Tech cheerleader! Needless to say, she LOVES college football. Jennifer spends her free time with her loving husband, Kerry. She enjoys golfing and being on the lake.
Caybrie has been practicing dental hygiene since 2013 but is not new to our dental family. A Marble Falls native, Caybries family have been coming to Ritchie Dental Group for years. Caybrie loves being outside, riding horses, hunting and fishing. This outdoorsy gal is recently married and is having a blast with her new husband.
Amy has worked in the field of dentistry since 2012, and she joined our team in 2018. She loves educating patients about how to keep their smiles whole and healthy. She studied at Arizona State University, and she earned her associate of applied science degree in dental hygiene from Howard College. She is also certified in laser dentistry and nitrous oxide monitoring. Originally from San Angelo, Amy is the proud mother of two sons. She enjoys antique shopping, hiking, boating, watching her sons at sports and other activities, listening to live music, and dancing.
For nearly three decades, Lisa has been helping patients smile more, and she joined our team in 2000. She loves helping patient improve their confidence by giving them beautiful smiles. She completed dental assisting school in Austin, and she is certified in CPR and nitrous oxide monitoring. She is also a licensed instructor for dental assistants. She enjoys having outdoor adventures with her family, traveling, camping, swimming, and riding her Harley. They also enjoy trying out fun new restaurants on their family adventures.
If youve visited Ritchie Dental Group, youve met Fatima. Shes always busy helping anywhere she can throughout the practice, and her beautiful smile makes every patient feel welcome especially since you never know what shade of lipstick shell be using to show off it off. Fatima is a lipstick addict! Ask her for a recommendation for your skin tone next time you visit. She loves helping patients learn to love their smiles. She studied at the Dental Genius dental assisting school. Outside the office, Fatima is a full-time soccer aunt. She loves cheering on her niece and nephews. If she cant have fun rooting for her soccer players, she enjoys watching boxing matches. Sky diving is number one on Fatimas bucket list, and she cant wait to give it a try. She likes hanging out with her cousins, and frequently travels to Durango, Mexico. Shes considered the nap queen.
Sam has worked in the dental field since 2002, and joined our team in 2014, landing her dream job getting paid to play on Facebook! Sam and her husband, John live in Granite Shoals where John works as a police officer, so dont speed on your way to visit her. Sam loves the summertime because she gets to spend it with her family at the lake. She enjoys watching her three children and their friends have fun kneeboarding, wakeboarding, and rolling off their tubes. When she cant enjoy the beautiful summer weather at the lake, Sams kids keep her busy with their athletic endeavors.
Michele has worked in the dental field since 2008, and she joined our team in 2018. She loves helping patients achieve their smile goals. She holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology, and Michele studied dental assisting at the Southwest Texas State University Dental Assisting School. She is also certified in Invisalign. A native of Brady, Michele is married to Gary, and they have three kids, Annie, Garrett, and Greyson. She enjoys walking her dog, Zoey, reading, going on cruises, and volunteering in her local community.

Everyone was so nice from the sweet ladies who checked me in to the young gentlemen that took my X-rays. They all knew what they were doing and were very informative. I did not actually see Dr Ritche because I went tot he Brady location but I loved the laid back feel of everyone. I knew they cared and wanted to help. I just needed to get a clearance for my knee replacement surgery but they made time to clean my teeth and did a very good job. They feel so nice today.

The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, have a sense of humor. As a new patient, there were procedures necessary before the dentist saw me. They were carried out most effeciently. The dental exam was quickly done, and a plan was made for continuing care.

Update: On December 2, 2020 at 2:57 pm, Dr. Ritchie called and threatened me because of this review. My daughter is serving a church mission in Texas. She became acquainted with Ritchie dental group because of a sensitive tooth. She was seen - and BOY DID THEY SEE HER COMING! Imagine two sweet, innocent girls with professional nametags representing their God and their Church. Not only did they take her for a consult and unnecessary full-mouth x-rays, they then devised a scheme to seek $4000 from her. She needed a $50 filling for a soft spot. The overinflation of prices (they charge double what is "normal" and "appropriate"), the dishonesty, and deceitful practices didn't stop there. On December 2, 2020, I received a collection letter from Capital Accounts requesting $263.90. Funny- we had never received a bill - and now were being served with a collection letter. I requested the assistant to review their statements, and lo and behold, there was no money due. My daughter paid their ridiculous price for x-rays and an exam on date of service (July, 2020). For someone who doesn't know better, they might believe the Ritchie group represents premium service, judging on the extravagant cost. My home dentist (who speaks no ill of anyone) informed me that all but one procedure were unnecessary. Further, he was horrified and amazed that a dentist would inflate charges to that degree. He stated that even if he doubled his prices and got creative, he could not arrive at the $4000 figure the Ritchie Dental Group did. Friends, BEWARE! High costs do not equate a good dentist.

The dentist always makes me very nervous, not so with Ritchie Dental once you walk through their doors. So very kind, patient with me because I was so nervous. They explained everything 100% to my satisfaction. And, for once, I am not worried about going back for my additional work. I highly recommend them to everyone, especially the skiddish. Nice office and great staff, it does cost more than other places but...I went in last year and they recommended a $700 filling, the dentist in my down said it would be a regular filling at $50. I went with the cheaper dentist. 3 weeks later I had to go back to my dentist for a sensitive filling (the one for $50). Now I was told a root canal would be needed, ok. Started the root canal and then was told I'd have to go to a specialist because the root is curved, there's $1700. Another $600 for the crown. Point is: I think the $700 filling at Ritchie would have saved my a lot of time, money and trouble.

My experience with Dr. Greg and Lisa was great. I needed a filling and was suprised that I would not have to be numbed. They used the laser to take care of it, and it was a very fast and painless process without the old fashioned steps of a numbing shot and later waiting for the awful, awkward feeling to wear off. They constantly made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Although I do not recommend getting a cavity, I would always recommend this team if you do!

I just had extensive dental work done at Ritchie Dental Group. I would definitely say that it was the best experience I have had in my 58 years of going to the dentist. The sedadation that was given me was effective and I will totally do it again. Its nice to finally find a dentist that I am not stressing over, but instead will make sure I go and recieve excellent dentall care.

Jennifer, Samantha, Jennifer assistant and Dr. Richie are the BEST TEAM!!!! I highly recommend this dental office, I have worked in the medical field for 12 years and been around different medical offices and hospitals and I can honestly say this team is well organized, patience, caring, constant with their explanations, knowledge and very helpful.
