Dr. Steiner was amazing. I went for a root canal today, I was scared out of my mind. But from the office staff to the dental assistant they were all so nice and comforting. I loved how the Dr. Talked me through the entire process. She explained what to expect and as she was doing it she'd tell me what part of the procedure she was on. That was extremely comforting for me because my anxiety was killing me but I tried to hide it the whole time. The icing on the cake is, the Dr. Texted me hours later to check on me. Now, that, I've never experienced before. Lovely service. The only pain was the anesthesia injections given in the beginning. Other than that I felt no pain. I had discomfort because my mouth is small and doesn't open very widely, so it was very uncomfortable having my mouth open for so long, but otherwise, all went well. I highly recommend Dr. Steiner to anyone looking for an Endodontist.

Amazing. Dr. Steiner is so patient and amazing to work with. Keep my son calm through the whole process. Also her staff is the nicest. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience! I made an appointment with Dr. Steiner specifically because she uses Nitrous Oxide sedation for root canal. When I arrived for the procedure, her office staff informed me that they didn't have it. This was after I cancelled 5 clients in order to have the work done. Then I informed Dr. Steiner, I was allergic to Codine and she prescribed a medication, which had codine in it, as I found out when I took the prescription to the Pharmacy. When I spoke to Dr. Steiner about it, she didn't even apologyzed!!! And her staff excused her behavior by saying, "we all make mistakes." The utmost unprofessional experience!!

My 9 year old daughter had an accident in which she broke her front tooth in half horizontally and needed a root canal. Dr. Steiner was referred to us by our pediatric dentist. They made a quick appointment and she took care of what needed to be done with a gentle hand. She was informative, explained everything, and let me stay with my daughter so she wasn't scared. Dr. Steiner made the best of a bad situation. Even after her job was done, she called and texted to make sure my daughter was okay. After her root canal we couldn't find anyone to help do the buildup to make her tooth look normal again as she's just a child with an adult type problem. Dr. Steiner tried to help find us someone, but she came to the rescue herself instead. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude as she offered the work knowing our financial situation. Again, she was gentle and went above and beyond. My daughter will need more work in the future, but I don't think we will ever forget Dr. Steiner for her beautiful skill, and amazing and kind heart.

Dr. Steiner was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! She was so caring and understanding. The whole root canal procedure was pain free! Thank g--d for Dr. Steiner. Highly highly recommend her.

Dr. Steiner was recommended to me by my dentist with an emergency case that was honestly very difficult for me to comprehend as a patient and needed immediate expert attention. She handled my case superbly. She is very clear, communicative, and supportive of the right type of treatment and recovery. Her support team works seamlessly with her as an extension of her professionalism. I would recommend Dr. Steiner to anyone, including my closest family members. I sincerely consider myself lucky and happy to have been put in contact with her office.

"Be aware, Not all reviews tell the whole story" As I find out the hard way! I called this office to verify if they were in network with my MetLife dental plan. I was told that I was in network and that my cost will be $155.00. Once I saw the Dr, I was informed that I needed 3 root canal and that my financial responsibility will be $1,200 + per root canal, even though I only need one root canal. The $155.00 charge was for consultation fee, were not even credit against the root canal charges. To add insult injury I was told by the same assistant that I was In Aventura, to go to Hialeah or another place in Miami If I want cheap dental work. Dr Steiner recommendation was to go to Nova student dental clinic and prescribed antibiotics. Driving home I realized that No prescription we're given to me, I called the office and very rudely, was told that They gave me the prescription and suggested that I lost it. I asked them since I was about 30 minutes away, if they will be so kind enough to call the pharmacy, and they refused. This office once became aware that I was no going to have procedures done, they became extremely unprofessional an uncooperative. I wasted my time and money going there.

I am a dentist from a different state had an emergency and i really appreciate the services doctor and stuff provide, Dr Steiner is extremely nice person , and a great doctor,very professional.The office is nice and clean.I am ,as a dentist myself,will strongly recommend Dr Steiner and her office to anyone who is in pain ,or need dental treatment.

Dr. Steiner was fantastic. She got me in the same day, had a quick process with zero pain and made me feel really comfortable about getting a root canal. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.

I just had a double root canal by Dr. Steiner, one of my biggest fears is anything having to do with dentistry, she was so amazing including her staff! The treating me so nice and made me feel so comfortable, she explained everything that she was doing step by step and it was completely Pain Free! I would highly recommend Dr. Steiner to my family and Friends and will definitely come back if ever necessary!!

Dr. Steiner is the best! I've never had a root canal before and all the horror stories you hear of having one, sounds painful. I can attest, that if you ever need to have a root canal, it's NOT what you hear about them. It's not painful nor a long procedure. Dr. Steiner is very calm, gentle and explains what she is doing as she is going along. Nothing to worry about at all. She has a very professional and warm chairside manner. I highly recommend her for her expertise and follow up. Thank you Dr. Steiner!

Dr. Rita Steiner is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Rita Steiner has gone above and beyond to be sure I get a pain free root canal! it's true it's pain free!! She is sweet and caring and made me feel safe and relax that I will get the best root canal done. And if ever I needed to contact her or her staff, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries. Truly amazing! Highly recommended her!

So, I am the biggest chicken when it comes to Dentists. So much so that I make my wife go with me. (Blame it on bad dental care as a kid). I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr Steiner a couple of years ago for a broken tooth...and just today had a root canal performed by her as well. Her chair side manner is so calming and she is continually making sure that you are comfortable during the procedure. I didn't even feel the shots today...she is just so amazing at what she does. If you need endodontic type work done just go see Dr Steiner. She and her team are the best, hands down. Don't go anywhere else. I promise you, no matter how scared you are, you will leave thanking God for Dr Steiner.
