I have been going here for dental work/cleanings for the past two years. I have always had a great experience with the staff. Dr. Rice has been my dentist and he has always listened to my concerns and needs and is great at what he does.

No stars would be better. Showed up today for my rescheduled appt due to their hygienist no longer there only to find out the hygienist for today is also no longer there. They claim to have tried to call me and call was disconnected so instead of texting, trying again, emailing, they found it acceptable to just let me show up. And then told me they have no openings for 6 months. Are they not planning on hiring more hygienists? To make it worse, I called when I got home to speak to a supervisor and he not only didn't show any compassion, he claimed I "stormed" out and had I let the receptionist speak, they had a cancellation and opening for me today. I am sorry but she had plenty of time "to speak" as she stared at me blankly and when she said there were no openings for 6 months I felt that pretty much ended the conversation. And if me turning and walking out and stating it was unacceptable and I would find a new dentist is considered storming out, then so be it. So now I have to find a new dentist and who knows how quick I can get in. Total disrespect for their patients time and trying to keep on a schedule with dental cleaning which is shocking to me.

I'm so happy I came here, I have been a customer here for over 5+ years now and I will say the staff here is absolutely 5 star quality. Ortho Dr. Faye and her team are amazing, Dr. Watkins is one of the best dentists I have had. Megan in the front office always greets you with a smile. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and their family as that is how you are treated here.

I've gone to this office 8 years. The last 3 have gone down hill. My appointments get changed or canceled without notice. This seems to happen because there is a revolving door of hygienist. My wife needed 3 wisdom teeth pulled out, but the dentist told her just to take out 2. A week later she needed the third taken out and they attempted to charge a lot more then originally quoted. It took complaining to get the original price quote. Next year I won't be coming back.

Daughter has gone there for over a year now and still every visit she gets, they do something completely wrong ,having us to take her BACK to get it complete. The worst experience in our lives. So bad that I actually cancelled my youngest daughters ortho treatment for braces and is paying another company to take my current daughters braces off, that they so badly put on and start braces treatment again at another location. They have a very bad reputation with the Vail family circle. Despite that, I still decided to give them a chance despite all the bad things that's I have heard. Bad mistake on my end as a parent paying CASH for her treatment. My advice, actually believe the things you hear about Rita Ranch Ortho. Meaning the bad reviews. THEY are true!

After being rescheduled four times I finally got an appointment. The appointment I agreed on with the scheduler was entered wrong. Disorganized, rude, and totally not work the drive.

My first appointment here was okay. I needed a crown and a cleaning. Due to being fitted for a crown on my first visit the cleaning needed to be scheduled for my next visit when I received the permanent crown. The crown appointment was rescheduled due to a delay. When I went for the final fitting they had not scheduled my cleaning and scrambled to find a hygienist to complete the task. Fast forward to January when I have my 6 month cleaning I was sick and called to reschedule my appointment. The earliest appointment I could get was in June. Since that time they have called me 3 times to reschedule my appointment that was scheduled essentially a year in advance. I decided to call a new dentist and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Moral of the story do not waste your time with Rita Ranch Dental.

Dr Nay all around professional and good at what he does. Don't feel as though we should be obligated to sign up for a portal or my chart. It's about being kind. The workers up front are not very personable. If you are being paid not only by the insurance company and the client as well. We should have a choice. Good riddance to Rita ranch dental.

I had to cancel a regularly scheduled cleaning appt. in June due to a death in the family in Oklahoma. The next appointment I could schedule was in December!!!!! Not acceptable at all, not for a regular customer!!!

DON'T EVER go to this FAKE dental office! Front office staff - SO RUDE! I'm in excruciating pain, and all they cared about was hooking me up to their stupid patient portal! Then, I saw the endodontist. I've been in severe throbbing pain for three days. The Endodontist, Behzad Garagozloo, decided he didn't want to do my root canal, instead he was gonna try to sell me on a 4-on-1 implant! They are all scammers there. They are nothing more than scam artists trying to make the bucks! WORST dental office I've ever been to in my entire life. DO NOT BE DECEIVED!

Dentists are good. Front staff, not so much. Unorganized and no continuity from one appointment to the next. I called before our appointment to make sure everything was checked in with their new online mychart process because the last visit we had to reschedule because no one communicated this to us from the front staff. We get to our appointment today and you guessed it right, still not completed correctly. Front staff then decides to have a little get together and I overhear them talking about me and saying, "It isn't that hard." I watch 2,3,4 more people come in all with the same issue. Instead front staff belittles people instead of being helpful and assisting clients with the process. Overall, the experience has been far underwhelming and it's unfortunate, this place is the closest to my home that accepts my insurance. Place charges more than others as well. Second opinion is necessary if you come here and will probably make the drive elsewhere to avoid dealing with this group.

I've been a patient for many years and I really like my Doctor and Hygienist, but they now require me to open an online account or they won't treat me! I'm not adverse to technology, but I've had my personal information exposed several times in the past due to data breaches. I have to change all my passwords when this happens and I've had to freeze my credit to stop fraud. I'm not willing to increase my exposure and I see no need for this, so I will find another Dentist that doesn't require an online account.

My family has gone here a few years now. The staff is nice, hygienists do a great job. But the practice is shady. Had a filling they did fall out, they tried to charge to replace it. Twice now that it's fallen out. They always try to upsell, feels like I'm at a car dealership. Constantly trying to get xrays even though they were just performed. Seems it's all about the money there. Wouldn't recommend. Ever. If you find my review helpful please click like.

I have had many experiences with this dental group ,one dentist in particular that was not satisfactory. But ,I have to say my perception of this group changed forever when I met Dr. Nay. He is an amazing dentist he is up front tells you what is what, he is intuitive to your reactions during dental work, he is a phenomenal, friendly and professional dentist. My crown has been the best one I have had placed at this group and I have had many here, his work speaks for itself. I will definitely not be apprehensive about going to this dental group ever again now that I have met Dr. Nay, THANK YOU!!!
