Risinger Orthodontics was first started by H.L. Risinger in 1966. Dr. H.L. Risinger served families throughout the Hill Country until he retired in 1998 and passed the torch to his son Brad A. Risinger DDS, MSD. Not only does Dr. Brad Risinger carry on his fathers orthodontic practices in Kerrville, Bandera and Uvalde; but he also carries on his fathers heart for the children and the families he serves in our community.
Dr. Brad Risinger was born and raised in Kerrville, Texas. He graduated from Tivy High School in 1987 and then earned his Bachelor of Science degree from San Angelo State University. Dr. Risinger graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1994. Upon completing his dental degree, he went on to obtain his Masters of Science degree in orthodontics from Saint Louis University and graduated in 1997. Dr. Risinger currently serves as the Vice President of the Heart of Texas Dental Society and is an active member of American Association of Orthodontics, Texas Dental Association, and Southwestern Society of Orthodontics, UT Health Science Center Alumni, and Saint Louis University Alumni.
