Loved how welcoming everyone and the sign outside welcoming new patients had my name on it making the appointment feel special! Also their financing and pricing options was SO accommodating making it very affordable. So excited and happy to be getting the smile I want with Rise + Smile Orthodontics!!!

After years of failed attempts of starting orthodontics, I am so glad I waited and went with Rise and Smile Orthodontics. From day 1, the staff was kind, courteous, and honest about what I was getting into and what it would take to correct my bite and alignment. The staff was always willing to accommodate me and somehow made the journey to a better smile enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking into adult orthodontics. Even though I am very happy to be done with my journey, I will miss seeing the staff here!

Everyone is so kind and very helpful with explaining my plan and what we are going to do for my Invisiline. They're patient with me and always say hi when I'm waiting on the lobby. They just go the extra mile and you can reall feel that they care about You as a person vs you just as another number and patient. Awesome team

We've been patients at Rise + Smile for something like 6-7 years now, and they've honestly come to feel like family. We are there fairly often since 3 of us are patients, and when we learned recently we were moving out of state and had to say goodbye to them, I almost cried in the office! Truly, our collective experience has been a delight and a rousing orthodontic success, and we will miss them all very, very much.

Dr Mathue & his staff are thorough & deliberate in their prognosis. The imaging is insightful and likely the best i've ever seen. Dr Mathue also patiently answered all of my concerns at the initial screening.

Great experience here. Very friendly staff and everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I only had a replacement retainer made here when mine broke, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone for further treatment!

I love Dr Matheu and his entire team! They know me, and my daughter and not only are they concerned and care about things professionally, they also ask about our personal life too! It's like going to see friends instead of the Orthodontist. So glad we found him!

Everyone at Rise + Smile makes the entire process so much easier. I began with Dr. Mai when it was Mai Orthodontics and I finished up my treatment after Dr. Mathue came in to take over. Across the board, I've never experienced a more smoothly run operation. In three to four years, I never had to wait to begin my appointment. I was always greeted warmly, by name, by everyone in the office. Every process was explained thoroughly and my progress was celebrated with each visit. Being an adult undergoing orthodontic treatment is difficult enough, so I am thankful beyond words that I chose Rise + Smile to get my perfect smile!

This 1st time visit for my kids exceeded any expectations I could of had. From setting up an appointment, to being greeted at the front to the entire staff that we interacted with was amazingly friendly and reassuring to my kiddos. It was an exceptional experience!

All 3 of my kids got their braces at Rise+Smile Orthodontics. We have loved the staff and orthos who have taken care of our family. Everyone has been accommodating, always friendly, and professional. Although we are glad to finally be done with the braces experience, it is bittersweet to say goodbye to this office as they have been a part of our life for over a decade!

Both of our children go here for their braces. The people that work at Rise & Smile are very kind, professional, and knowledgeable! They are never rushed and take the time to communicate everything clearly. They also have state-of-the-art equipment and have a strong grasp on using technology effectively (quotes, appointment reminders, etc). I am so happy to entrust them with my children's dental health! This place is awesome (didn't know I could feel this way about an Orthodontics office)!

Nothing has changed but the name and the owner! They still have the same good customer service. I had not been there since 2019 and was glade to see that April was still there. She was so patient and encouraging when I got my braces in 2018 . I would recommend Rose & Smile to anyone because of the people and service. If you're looking for an Orthodontist, you should give them a try.
