Dr. Fran has been practicing dentistry since 1991, and her passion has always been orthodontics. She received her Masters degree in Orthodontics and has been featured as one of Washington D.C.s Top Orthodontists in the Washington Consumer Checkbook and Northern Virginia Magazine. She enjoys being able to help transform her patients confidence, daily lives, and smiles by offering exceptional and detail-oriented orthodontic care.

Dr. Frances Hamman began her career in dentistry by earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Creighton University in 1991. Her passion for straightening smiles led to her receiving her degree in orthodontics from Case Western Reserve University in 1993. She has been a practicing orthodontist ever since.

Orthodontics is both a science and an art. Each face is beautiful and unique. Orthodontics isnt just about creating a beautiful smile, its about helping patients enjoy teeth that function properly. When the teeth fit together like they should, the face has the proper proportion, and the simple acts of eating, speaking, and smiling are all easier and more enjoyable, too.

Dr. Fran was honored to serve on active duty in the United States Navy from 1997 to 2003. She was stationed at the United States Naval Academy , the Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, Illinois, and in Yokosuka, Japan. She is proud to say she has had the opportunity to treat smiles of all ages and with a range of orthodontic challenges. To have lived all over the world, and to have treated patients of every race, color, and creed, has truly been a profound blessing in Dr. Frans life and orthodontic career. The experience of meeting and knowing patients and families in so many walks of life provides an opportunity to see the bigger picture of what orthodontics is in the world. A smile truly comes from withinand the field of orthodontics is meant to enhance that inherent inner beauty. Dr. Fran knows the importance of a balanced life and she enjoys it by traveling, learning new languages, and experiencing other cultures. Learning about her faith is most important to Dr. Fran. She enjoys art, reading, music, water events, and family activities. Everything the beauty of life has to offer brings joy and fulfillment to her life.

Miranda loves helping people, which is something she gets to do every day as a dental assistant. Prior to joining our dedicated team, she studied at Fox Valley Technical College. Away from the orthodontic office, she enjoys swimming, boating, anything outdoors, and spending time with her 2 beautiful daughters and dogs.

As a dental assistant, Rae looks forward to taking care of, and truly getting to know, our patients. Aside from the Sensational Smiles Orthodontics team, youll find Rae and her husband camping and enjoying the outdoors with their 2 boys and 2 dogs.

Cassie is a graduate of Wisconsin Dental Assistant School. She grew up on a farm near Fox Lake, but now lives in Waupun with her husband, 4 children, and 3 dogs (2 Golden doodles and a Teddy Bear). Cassie truly enjoys being a part of the Sensational Smiles Orthodontics team, and helping each patient achieve their perfect smile.

Axel has been working in the dental world for a few years, and most enjoys helping patients have the best experience possible so they keep coming back. He feels that our team helps make him a better person and assistant every day. Away from the orthodontic office he enjoys working on cars and various projects around the house. One day he hopes to become a dentist as well.

Leann brings an amazing 30 years of experience as a dental assistant to our team. Currently, she is our orthodontic treatment coordinator. Leann says she enjoys lifes simple pleasures, so she loves spending her free time listening to music and learning to golf with her husband.

Annette may be relatively new to our team, but her passion for helping others and making patients feel welcomed has made her a perfect fit from the start. For her, making each patients dental experience a good one is her top priority. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, kayaking, and traveling!
