Sandra was very thorough in my cleaning and my x-rays. I couldn't ask for a nicer dentist to explain what was going on with my jaw/TMJ. I think I finally found my Dentist after going to several different ones in the past four years

Dr. Martinez is very dedicated. I've had teeth extractions and partials made. All her staff is amazing. You feel as if you are their only patient! So wonderful to have a Dentist you can trust!

I just want everyone to know what a horrible so uncaring Dr Martinez is, She knows how severely bad my 3 teeth that she requested to be extracted, I'm in so so much pain so severely in pain and she will not prescribe me nothing but Ibuprofen which does not take the pain at all, I've been up for days crying like a baby, she said for me to go to Emergency Room for the pain & maybe there is a Dentist on call that can pull them, well I don't have money for the Co-Pay & this will cost me to do this when she can & has the power to give me a pain med that works and takes my pain away until this infection is gone to get my teeth pulled. I have never experienced such an uncaring & unprofessional Dr/Dentist like her I will tell everyone to stay clear of her Practice Rio Rancho Dental Arts, as she loves seeing her Patients in pain!! And spend money they don't have by going to the ER which at UNMH, we all know how that will go, I'll be there for days before they see me. I am outraged at Dr Martinez when she could have just prescribed me something. I'm suffering so bad!!!! The worst Dentist I've ever had!!!

Staff was very thorough and professional. Always take their time and explain what and why they are doing giving great care and advice. Dr. always checks you even when you're there only for a routine cleaning. They review past notes to make sure they follow up on items they are watching. Very pleased.

All I can say is wow! These folks are on target on how to do things! My filling & part of my tooth fell out last night. I didn't have a set dentist. I was initially pulled into the radio commercial hype of Dr. Tom @ Heflin Family Dental i.e. they open at 7:30am, take new patients and can get emergencies in as soon as the next day. I filled in their online emergency form that night. No follow-up call by 10am. Called RR Dental Arts w/dentist Audra Martinez. They said, can you be here by 2pm! Pow! Their service, professionalism, care, details, interaction and friendliness was impeccable! Hands down! They ROCK! Thank you!

Dentist answered the phone for an emergency for my Daughter, offered to get her in that evening but we elected for the next morning. Staff was super friendly and my Daughter got a root canal and out in 2 hours. Please keep this place a secret, they are wonderful.

I moved back from Oregon after being gone for seven years. My old dentist was in this establishment but he had retired so I decided to try them out anyway, and i am I'm glad I did. The doctor and her staff are so personable and just so nice!! Dr. Martinez is a homegrown New Mexican and as precious as can be. I felt right at home and I knew right away it was home! I am back in my NM Heaven....Certainly what I missed when I was in Oregon those seven years . I would recommend her with many golden stars
