Unfortunately, they don't take a lot of well known insurances such as United Concordia and medicade. I wished they would be able to change that.

Everyone was pleasant and explained things. Very clean and efficient! From the receptionist to the one that cleaned my teeth to the Dentist that actually double checked It was all efficient. It made me very comfortable and I would recommend this place highly

Excellent service and very friendly. I been there two times already and they always make me feel comfortable and in great hands (they are extra professional). I highly recommend this place for regular and urgent care.

This was my second visit to Rio Mimbres. My hygienist, Miriam, was very thorough and professional, with a very pleasant and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain what she was doing, asked if I had questions, and was very careful with the cleaning procedure. Dr. Ellis was just as thorough, and I left feeling very satisfied with my choice of dentists here in Deming. 5 stars, I highly recommend!

It's disheartening to hear Miriam will be leaving soon. It seems to be the norm in the city of Deming, NM for patients to experience seemingly higher than normal staff loss. Miriam is an asset and It is unfortunate the practice does not view her as such.

Service was good but when paying the bill found a $180 add on which was never mentioned in the initial estimate. Paid the charges but will not be back. two weeks later and there has been no contact from anyone. Disappointed again.

Merriam was the best! She was friendly but cleaned quickly and effectively, my teeth feel awesome. She also didn't mind answering a few questions. Definitely recommend:)

Made a appointment to have my teeth clean and I was confirm about my appointment, to just be told after a hour of waiting that there was nothing they could do until I see a specialist, they gave me a referral to the specialist before so they new about it, why the hell they didn't told me that over the phone or before my appointment, clearly they just want to charge the insurance for something

Front desk is absolutely amazing, nicest people I've came across to In any office the two ladies in the from were very patient. Front desk was also able to get accurate and professional information greeted me very professionally and when leaving it made me want to come back. Visit was very comfortable hygienist is great and Doctors there are very professional and nice. Recommend 100% to anyone who is looking for a Dentist!
