Dr. Pinal earned her Bachelors Degree from one of the top dental schools in India in 2007. To pursue her International Dental Degree in the USA, she completed IDDP from UIC graduating in the top five of her class in 2012. She has had the privilege of continuing with UIC as a clinical professor. The combination of continuing education, her teaching experience and state of the art equipment, has allowed her to offer her patients high tech dentistry with a gentle caring touch.

Dr. Gromov is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Perio-Prosthesis Program. He had been in private practice for more than 10 years before the residency program in Philadelphia, PA. Holding both degrees in Periodontics and Fixed Prosthodontics allows Dr. Gromov to bring the expectations of patients and restorative colleagues to a new level of interdisciplinary approach and highly predictable esthetic clinical results. Dr. Gromov began his dental career in 1999 as a general dentist. Shortly after the internship, as part of The Chicago Center for Advanced Dentistry, Dr. Gromov introduced Nobel Biocare implants to Russia in early 2000s. Dr. Gromov believes that a beautiful healthy smile is the ultimate goal for the entire team of clinicians working closely together and providing our patients with the best care, supported by reliable techniques, contemporary materials and equipment. Dr. Gromov lectures on topics related to Interdisciplinary approach, Dental Implantology and Esthetics both nationally and internationally. Dr. Gromov is a co-author of The Sinus Bone Graft book, Quintessence Publishing, 2019.

Dr. Shah earned her DDS from University of California, San Francisco. While in dental school she was awarded the National Board Merit Society's Outstanding Achievement Award and was also included in Dean's Honor List. She has been a member of American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society. After graduation, Dr. Shah has been working in Chicago suburbs providing quality care to all her patients. Her goal is to provide excellent dental care with minimal stress. She is a warm and compassionate dentist who cares about her patients' total well-being. She keeps herself updated with the latest technologies so she can provide patients with the best treatment alternatives. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and her daughter.

Evelyn has been a dental assistant since 2011, throughout this time she has grown and learned a lot to become a better dental assistant. Her main goal at Right Choice Dental Care is to provide patients a positive dental experience and to make it as comfortable as possible. During Evelyns spare time she loves to spend time with her kids and family.

Gricelda is a Certified Dental Assistant graduated from Waubonsee Community College. She joined our team in January of 2016. Gricelda loves to work with children. Shes always willing to help out. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with her parents and sisters.

Since then she has demonstrated passion in her work. When you love what you do it shows and spreads positive attitudes to our work environment. When she is not at work she is busy with her family. She and her husband Hector have two kids who love to spend time outdoors and take family vacations.

Liz is our front desk receptionist and even though she's only been a part of the Right Choice Dental Care for a few months she has 6 years of experience! She has an Associate Degree in Sign Language Interpreting & hopes to continue her education. When she's not working she enjoys traveling with friends, baking, and spending time with her family!!
