I had my new patient visit today with Dr Danny and the practice's employees. Every person from start to finish of my appointment was friendly, efficient, thoughtful and really listened to me. The clinical rooms were clean and comfortable. I am so happy with my visit and look forward to being a patient in this dental practice.

Great service. Lisa did a great job with the 6 months cleaning, x-rays, etc. Dr Ken Rigden was back covering patients today. The whole office is great from the front office staff to Lisa the hygienist. I was looking for a good dentist when I moved to South County. Gennaoui Rigden Family Dental is more than I ever expected. They don't recommend procedures in order to increase their revenue. They are GREAT.

This score isn't for everyone. I genuinely like Dr. Katie and the staff I knew from the old location. I never felt rushed and I always felt like my health concerns, needs, and best interests were at the top of their priorities. I visited the new location for the 1st time today and it was a totally different experience. People were friendly enough but it was incredibly crowded and no one was wearing a mask. I know CDC guidance has changed, but for those of us compromised with our health we need a better standard. They unfortunately do not offer hours for those in need of greater precautions so I'll be finding a new dentist, which I did not want to do. If you're in good health and have no worries about being in an enclosed space with lots of strangers mouth breathing without masks while you're in a chair with your mouth wide open then this is a place you should check out. The staff and Dr I new from the old location are great. But if you have health concerns or are Covid precaution minded you should probably find somewhere else. This was a deeply depressing day and discovery.

Great experience every time! Lovely and friendly staff and dentist. Have been happy with every treatment and visit. Like having a spa treatment, sit back and relax. I have been to 4 different dentists over the last 15 years and I'm here to stay. Would recommend to anyone!
