Dr. Rigberg is, without a doubt, the best endodontist I have ever seen in my life. I needed a root canal done and chose him because his office, despite COVID restrictions, offered nitrous oxide. I have SEVERE anxiety and PTSD and require it whenever I have extensive dental work done. He took his time and made sure I was completely comfortable before beginning the procedure. He didn't rush, he continuously asked if I was okay, and he did a PERFECT job on my root canal. The dentist responsible for putting my temporary and permanent crown on aren't so great (they aren't affiliated with him whatsoever). They put my temporary crown on about 5 days after the root canal. 3 weeks later, I went back to get the permanent crown put on. After the dentist had already removed the temporary crown, she left the room, came back in and informed me that they accidentally took a mold of the wrong tooth. I then had another temporary crown put back onto the tooth. I've been experiencing intermittent pain in the tooth that had the root canal done, but only when the front of it is touched. I reached out to Dr. Rigberg's office late last night, received a phone call at 8:15 this morning from the receptionist, and she told me that they could see me today at 1:00. The root canal was perfectly done, and the nerves are both completely dead. What I'm experiencing is pain from the ligaments surrounding the tooth which is because of the temporary crown not being made to fit my mouth correctly. Just to be cautious, he is calling my dentist to ask them to use temporary cement when they place the permanent crown in my mouth tomorrow. I'm going to go back and see him again in 2 weeks so that he can make sure that the dentist puts it on correctly. Once we are sure it's on right and I'm 100% pain free, it will be placed on permanently. I was not charged to see him today and will not be charged for the next visit either. I will go to Dr. Rigberg every time I need to see an endodontist for the rest of my life. His bedside manner is truly excellent, and he has the friendliest and kindest receptionists and dental assistants that I've ever seen in my life. If you need to see an endodontist, I honestly wouldn't go to anyone other than Dr. Rigberg (I've had negative experiences with others in the past). If I could give him 100 stars, I would. He is OUTSTANDING!

Dr. Rigberg has taken care of me for 3 different root canals. I find him to be professional and kind with a very light touch. He listens well. His staff well coordinate the schedule well and his office works with all the types of insurances. Hope I don't need another root canal, but if I do, I'll see Dr. Rigberg.
