Dr. Deidra J. Snell is a native of Port Gibson, MS. She attended Alcorn State University where she participated in numerous organizations such as Alcorn State University Marching and Concert Bands playing saxophone, Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, Student Government Association, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Dr. Snell also participated in research programs at Andhra University in Visakaputnam, India, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD, and interned at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station in the Chemistry Department. She graduated with dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Chemistry and Biology in 2004 from Alcorn.
Dr. Snell then attended University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry, in which she voyaged to Mexico on three different occasions for dental mission trips while a student there. She graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (D.M.D) in 2008 and completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) Program at the University of MS Medical Center in 2009.
Dr. Snell has been a mentor with Big Brothers, Big Sisters, volunteered with Stewpot Ministries of Jackson, Habitat for Humanity, and volunteered with dental and medical mission trips in Mississippi, Guatemala, Bolivia, and Peru in addition to numerous participations in community health fairs.

Didi was great as she gave me information and explaining X-rays! Also the Dr was very professional and knowledgeable in giving details as she examine my teeth, I will be returning, thanks for the great service.

My children enjoyed their visit and so did I. The staff was so friendly and the dentist was so nice. The timing was perfect,no long waits. I would recommend this dentist office !! Great place!!!!

Came in for an initial issue with extreme tooth pain and never got a solution and was then told that I would have to reschedule 3 weeks out. Will not be returning

Set an appointment twice still haven't got my teeth cleaned. First appointment, they stated that the lady had to leave early. Had to set an appointment Weeks later. Today was my second appointment at 12. I left on my lunch break for my appointment. I waited until 12:40 and asked how long will it be. They stated that they were behind. I ask why didn't they communicate that instead of having me waiting. Now I have to make another appointment somewhere else. They are so inconsiderate of others.
