If I could give 10 stars I would!! Dr Awadallah is a miracle man. When presented with a very difficult implant situation (on my part) he made the process smooth and easy and mostly painless. The office staff is phenomenal and always pleasant and accommodating. It was a great experience. Have one last surgery ahead of me, and Already booked with Dr. Awadallah. Thanks for everything Dr. Awadallah and staff!

I unfortunately had to get my wisdom teeth removed since they were impacted I was scared and horrified at the thought of drills and needles being used. Dr.Awadallah NOT only knows his stuff about wisdom tooth extractions (him and Saker both specialize with high risk patients) but he is also a very cool guy that puts your surgical fears aside and did very good work. Just a heads up to people who choose to get your wisdom teeth pulled by him opt for full iv sedation since its the least painful. Finally as an added bonus the staff at the front desk were very helpful. Would come again if needed.

Had a wisdom tooth emergency on a Saturday.. From the minute they answered the phone; they were helpful, pleasant and focused on helping me. As you can imagine they had a full schedule yet still took the time to offer excellent customer service and made time to see me.. DR Taryn Kirpalani made me feel safe knowing I was being helped by a GREAT team. Highly recommend !

Not a good experience - not because of the doctors or the procedure itself but because of (certain) terrible and rude office staff. Here is a summary of my experience. - My son was scheduled to have 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Paik a year ago. He ended up getting COVID and we waited until this summer to reschedule the procedure. His procedure was scheduled for 6/21. - On 6/16, I received an email confirming an appt with Dr. Kirpalani for the procedure. No one called to tell me that it would be a different doctor performing the surgery nor did anyone ask me to bring my son in for a re-consultation since so much time had passed. As far as I understood, he was supposed to show up on that day and his teeth would be removed. - I called the office manager and told them that i thought it was unprofessional that they rescheduled with a different doctor without first consulting with me. I asked if i could come in to meet the new doctor and was told no problem. She was very nice. - Met Dr. Kirpalani and he was great. No issues. When checking out and receiving pre surgery instructions, I specifically asked if there would be a charge for coming in to meet the dr. and was told no. - Brought my son in the following day for surgery. All went well. - Today, I receive an itemized bill and the "consultation" was on included for $255. - Called the office and spoke to Alexandra who was incredibly rude and condescending. She told me that because it was a year they had to charge for the re-consultation (not what was previously told). She asked me to describe the person that told me that i didn't have to pay for the consult (it was the person that checked me out when i went in to meet the dr.) and then accused me of lying noting "oh i thought you talked to the office manager." (I did talk to the office manager but that was a separate conversation). She then claimed that "i only owe $16", which yes is true but (a) it's not her business to determine that it's ONLY $16 and (b) the $255 amount was submitted to insurance and my deductible/payment is based on a percentage of the full amount of the surgery. When i argued with her (and yes i was getting heated) she kept talking over me and throwing in her digs. I finally hung up because I was getting so frustrated. Anyway, great doctors but the office staff needs to be trained a bit in customer service. Note - office manager was very nice and I will discuss with her in further detail when she returns from vacation. EDIT - I have revised my review after speaking with Jackie, the office manager. Jackie is fantastic. She acknowledged the error and stated that she would address the service issue with office staff.

I cannot recommend Dr. Saker any more highly - I wish there were 10 stars. Years ago he extracted my daughter's 4 wisdom teeth. She popped a stitch and he came back to the office later at night after a conference to make sure all was OK and help her with pain management. What doctor does that nowadays?!?!? He helped me with a coronectomy and now I have to get a tooth extracted due to a fractured root. I am petrified of any dental visits - the only reason I am not having a heart attack about it is that I know Dr. Saker will take care of me. He is so very kind, professional and has certainly earned his top ratings. I trust him implicitly ! Ten Stars !!

Be aware before you are going that the information that they provide on the phone is not the same when the process the visit. They ask you to pay $270 for the visit that they told me that I will get back after the insurance will process it but it was not true and when I call to complain they told me that they are out of network for all medical insurance. I am very upset with their approach and incorrect information that should provide me ahead of the visit that I can decide if to come or not. The doctor was very nice but did not have a lot to help with the treatment, send us back to the ENT. it was very upsetting and unprofessional all the way. Good doctor but bad office to visit.

I cannot sing Dr Kirpalani's praises enough. From start to finish he was exceptionally thorough and made sure that I understood and was in agreement with our treatment plan. He spoke candidly and gave me my options. Post-op I had no swelling or pain which was noteworthy given the extent of the work I had done. The practice is state of the art and the support staff is really friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Dr Kirpalani.

Dr Saker is a true professional. He and his staff made us feel at ease and made sure all if our questions were answered. My 90 year old father had a molar removed. Afterwards, my father had no swelling, no pain and was able to eat soon after the tooth extraction. His staff is very nice and professional. We highly recommend the Ridgewood Oral Surgery and Implant Center.

I don't normally write reviews, but this experience was pretty negative for me. I had a sinus lift and implant put in. During the surgery, I was put under using IV sedation. I came to during the surgery. I have a huge fear of waking up during surgery and I was in terror as I came to and was still being worked on. I tried to get their attention, I said a"m I supposed to be awake?," I tapped the arm rest, and I opened my eyes. They made no indication that they saw me. I don't know how long I was awake, but I was living my nightmare, awake during surgery. Afterwards, I asked if I was supposed to be awake and I was very shaken from the surgery, and was flippantly told that it happens. However, I was never told before I went under that it could happen and when I came to, at no time, did anyone say, "Don't worry, you are awake, it happens, we had to bring you out of sedation. You are numb." No apology was made. The doctor was pretty cold in his feelings toward me, did not show any care in how I was feeling. I was given medication to take for after the surgery. I am a Type 1 Diabetic. This medicine caused my sugars to spike and was very sick. I called my endocrinologist that I couldn't get my sugars down below 300. She told me that the medication I took spiked my sugars. At no time, was I told that this would effect my blood sugar and if I hadn't called my endocrinologist, I could've died. When I brought this up at my follow up, (again, I was given a medication that could've killed me and not told about the fact that I would need to adjust my insulin intake to prevent it) the doctor blamed me for not calling them after I had the problem, and they never apologized for not giving me pertinent information about my surgery and my medication. It showed a huge lack of compassion and I can never go back to such an uncaring organization. Funny thing is after I expressed the concerns and getting blamed for my concerns, the doctor had the gall to ask me about scheduling my next surgery. (When I told him that I felt that the office didn't care for their patient, the doctor told me "But we scheduled for a follow up" as his example that they cared.)

Was able to book an appointment after 12 days from the initial call. Went to the appointment 10 minutes early. I gave it two stars because the lady on the counter was nice. got me in the waiting/ XRay room. 20 minutes after the dr. saw my teeth , he asked me several questions, said there is no time left to do the surgery (only tooth removal) and asked me to book another appointment. I guess you have to book an appointment for introduction and be prepared for the other. This was absolutely not expected.

My child had an injury and needed to be seen urgently (of course on a Friday afternoon) and this office was AMAZING. They were able to squeeze us in, were so kind and understanding to us, and Dr. Paik was thorough and explained everything. Every single person we came in contact with at the office was professional and kind. Highly recommend.

The office staff are all very pleasant and professional (I dealt with a few) and the doctor was wonderful! The office is clean and seems to be well organized. Highly recommend Dr. Saker and staff. Thank you for a good experience for an appointment I was very nervous about!

Dr. Saker and his staff are by far the best in the industry. I had a major oral surgery done and the results are absolutely amazing. Love coming to the office, highly recommended.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this practice. I saw Dr.Saker for a wisdom teeth removal and from the second I walked into the building I received the best treatment. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and everyone made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure. The staff was very attentive to my needs. Dr.Saker has been the "family" oral surgeon as he saw both of my parents, siblings, as well as other family members. I would highly recommend seeing Dr.Saker. His work is phenomenal and he clearly is passionate about what he does. Couldn't think of a better practice to go to!
