I recently had a root canal by Dr. Loo and it was a great experience. He made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. He is very thorough, attentive and precise. I highly recommend this office!

Was able to see me very quickly. Staff was very friendly. The doctor was great. Actually saw me early which was great and finished my root canal faster than estimated. Everyone was very professional and very kind. No pain. Highly recommended.

What a great experience! Dr Loo took me right away for tremendous pain and had me in good shape in no time... I believe he worked on me through his lunch. Lovely office and staff. His team is on their toes and Dr. Loo is excellent

Dr. Loo is amazing! He is kind, patient, gentle, and highly skilled. He will do everything possible to calm a nervous patient. I appreciated his constant reassurance and his explanation of what he was doing. I cannot believe I had a three root root canal and did not feel any pain- not even from the shot of numbing medicine. Probably the worst part was one of the X-rays because placement of the film kept making me gag. Dr. Loo and Anna were very good about getting me through that. The staff is amazing. They helped calm my fears and were very professional. They answered all my myriad of questions about billing, insurance, aftercare, etc. Anna assisted in my procedure. She was on top of everything. The facility is pristine and spotless. The equipment used is cutting edge. This really is 21st century dentistry at its absolute finest. I think I was expecting something out of the dark ages - but no - really - the whole thing was less painful than a dental cleaning. I would recommend this practice with absolutely no reservations. I was so worried and I had such a great experience. I can basically say I enjoyed the visit! How amazing is that??

I had an emergency root canal yesterday night, Dr. Loo and his staff were so accommodating, warm, and friendly. It was late and he stayed for me and I so appreciate it cause I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Loo and his staff (especially Anna) are the most professional, dedicated group I have encountered. I have been there 3 times, my wife has also been. They are available on short notice and stay as long as necessary. Last night they stayed until 7pm to complete their work, in addition they have the most up-to-date equipment (a 3D scanner for example). When Dr. Loo asked me to comment on his practice, I was glad to let everyone know of my experience. Thank you!

I have had my root canal work done by Dr. Loo for many years. He is excellent, very skillful, caring, careful and thorough. I always have great experience and never have any problem with his care. HIs office is modern, clean, and updated. The office staff is both professional and efficient. I have no hesitation in reccomending Dr. Loo to anyone in need of his services. He is really the best. Root canal is nothing to play around with. He has the state of the art equipment, and performs root canal under a very expensive microscope which is specifically for root canal. I made a mistake of letting a general dentist do a root canal on me, and I lost the tooth. He kept insisting he could do it as well as an endodontist. Well, that is impossible. No one but an endodontist has that specialized equipment. Root canals are difficult, and require a year of extra training, and someone who does them every day. The next time I needed a root canal, I went to Dr. Loo. He is smart, gentle, friendly, and very, very skilled. He did a great job, and the tooth with the root canal feels much more natural than the implant I had to get after the failed root canal by the general dentist. I am very sorry I did not go to the best in the first place, it would have saved me the money in the long run, by getting it done right, right away.

I was recently referred to Dr. Loo for pain in a tooth with a previous root canal. The area that was causing pain was very difficult to pinpoint. After investigating and taking x-rays, Dr. Loo was able to locate the area of the canal that needed to be addressed - at the very tip of a narrow, curved, difficult to reach root. An area that could easily be missed, and was in the original root canal. Dr. Loo worked on reaching that tip for well over an hour. He continued to take x-rays and kept working until he reached it. I am sure another Endodontist would have given up. Dr. Loo kept positive and was very calming as he worked, as was his assistant providing excellent care. He was committed to relieving my pain and confident the tiny curvature at the tip of the narrow canal was causing the pain. And he was right. I am pain-free and no longer facing a tooth extraction. He is a masterful Endodontist and masterful at patient care - listening to my concerns, caring and patient. Dr. Loo's dedication and work ethic were on full display. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Loo!

Dr. Loo and his staff are very welcoming. Dr. Loo wants his patients to feel fine and asks how do I feel frequently during the root canal procedure. He is thorough and won't dismiss a patient unless he's sure the job is completed to his satisfaction. I have been very pleased with my visits to Dr. Loo and recommend his kind, gentle touch. Also, his office is equipped with the latest technology and equipment.

However, from my initial phone call with this practice to Dr. Loo's doing the procedure then my post procedure experience, everything went so smoothly... perfectly. There are two equally critical measurements which must be achieved if one is to truly meet the measure of a superior doctor. The first is always obvious to us all, medical competency which embodies the elements of Medical Education, Experience, and Intellectual acuity. Without question Dr. Loo has surpassed all of these with distinction. He has an extraordinary resume' of achievements gained through impressive educational experiences and direct clinical/surgical encounters. The second which is equally important is the measure of patient empathy, which sadly is lacking in far too many doctors. On this measure however, Dr Loo is in every dimension "extraordinary". To appreciate my view let me share with you the story of how I met him. It was a Sunday evening, and I was experiencing devastating pain in a tooth. Having recently moved from out of state I had no medical contacts to call so I asked a neighbor for a reference. I was given the name of a local dentist who agreed to see me right away. After a quick x-ray and examination, the doctor looked at me and said that he could offer no help since it involved an infection of a previous root canal. He told me that if I wanted to save the tooth I would need to go to endodontist on Monday, gave me some codeine pain medication and handed me the number of Dr Loo who he said was extraordinary and strongly recommended him. Later that evening, despite the codeine medication, I was in so much pain that I decided to call Dr loo. Even though we had no previous relationship I was hoping for some help. He spoke to me on the phone and without hesitation, said he would go to his office to meet me. His compassion for my pain was first and foremost. It didn't matter that it was late in the evening on a Sunday, it didn't matter that I was not a patient of his, the only thing that mattered was his desire to help someone who was suffering a great deal. We met, he spent well over an hour working on my abscessed old root canal, and successfully relieved my misery. Regarding his medical skill, I would share one other experience. Having suffered from a previous dentist mistake, I developed another tooth problem with a previous root canal. When examined Dr Loo discovered that within the root canal there was a broken piece of the dental file used by the prior dentist. Apparently, the file broke during that initial procedure and the dentist just left it in my tooth and never told me about the mishap. But Dr Loo refused to give in to the easy solution, pull the tooth. Instead, he worked literally for hours to save the tooth. With incredible skill he was able to remove the piece of broken file from within the root. That tooth was completely saved. His medical expertise and surgical skill are unquestionably of the highest level. Dr Loo is extraordinarily educated, experienced and medically competent. But in my mind even more importantly, he truly cares about everyone! Without hesitations I have and would recommend him to all.
