Dr. Alex and his team are all very friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the quailty of attention Dr. Alex put towards my teeth. I absolutely love my new veneers. Plus the facility is clean and modern. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Alex.

Doctor Alex went above and beyond that Call of Duty to help out a friend that was traveling from out of state with a severe toothache and got him in without an appointment

Giving a 1 star rating only due to their receptionist. When she learned I had Medicaid and they weren't currently accepting new patients I asked about out of pocket costs due to loosing my dentures during a car accident. She told the costs and said 3500, ok, bye- and hung up without even asking if this was manageable. It's like she assumed medicaid meant poor and had no desire to waste an extra moment or two. Hopefully they treat the medicaid patients they have on the books better...

I don't think I have experienced such a unprofessional experience ever! I have a large family and we started seeing Will in Hudson years ago. Austin and Will both are awesome dentists but it seems like their office manager is completely insane. They wouldn't allow me to schedule because of an unpaid bill of $23 from 2019 to 2020, but I paid it in 2020. Then they accused me of a problem that they had while filing with insurance. They accused me of giving them the wrong card but I gave them a card for each family member. My youngest son and husband have the same names. So they are blaming me because they were accused of trying to file the wrong insurance for the wrong patient. Wow. I am completely appauled at this whole situation.

Office was very clean and organized. Dr, hygentist and assistant were very professional, explained everything to me. Had a filling done after my cleaning. I'm a very anxious patient and they all were very patient with me. Highly recommend!!!

Dr Ritter and team is hands down the best! Got me in right away and completed a root canal before the holidays and was comforting for someone with dental anxiety. Can not recommend more!

I highly recommend Ridgeway Dental. They saw me as an emergency patient and they were fantastic. Dr. Austin Ritter was amazing, kind and gentle. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I am giving Ridgeway Dental 5 stars for my overall experience. I was impressed with the new facility being in a good location, clean, and up to date on its technology. My hygienist, Dusti, was friendly and efficient while describing any issues in a clear manner. I will reschedule with this office, thank you!
