Dr. Kingsolver lives in Lees Summit and is a native of Missouri. He attended William Jewell College where he received his degree in biochemistry. He then attended the University of Missouri School of Dentistry and graduated with his dental degree in 2015.
After graduating from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1999, Dr. Young spent time practicing in Utah and Oregon. In 2003 he returned to the Mid-West where he settled with his family in the small-town atmosphere of Warrensburg, MO.
Being committed to excellence, Dr. Young is a member of the American Dental Association, Greater Kansas City Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and International Dental Implant Association. Dr. Young has also dedicated himself to excellence through continued education at The Dawson Center of Advanced Dentistry, with a focus on the subjects of aesthetics and joint function. His continued educational training includes implant treatment, periodontal care, and surgery.
Dr. Young is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals of all ages. Comprehensive care requires attention not only to the teeth but also to the supportive bone, gum tissue, bite forces, head, neck, throat, and surrounding muscles. Dr. Young finds that by following good engineering principles in placing the teeth, joints and muscles in proper harmony, patients can have amazing smiles that can last a lifetime with good home care and regular checkups.
Ive always had a fear of Dentists actually not the Dentists themselves but the pain they inflict. That is until I visited Dr. Youngs office. I was so impressed with that first visit that I changed my insurance policy just so I could use them. Because during that first visit, while I was in the examination chair being told that my insurance wasnt accepted there, Dr. Young continued to consult with me on the problem and potential solutions, even though he wasnt getting paid for that visit. Their customer service got me to be a customer and their service has and will keep as a customer.
I only wish I had them as my Dentists years ago. Anyone that has had a bad experience with a Dentist needs to visit Dr. Young and his amazing staff. You will be a convert as well. Thank you for my pain-free smile!! Steve D.
Over the years, Dr. Young has participated in many voluntary activities in the community and in his church. Having earned his Eagle Scout as a youth, Dr. Young has also served many years in the scouting. Annually, he enjoys participating in the Give Kids a Smile program, by providing comprehensive care to several middle school children who have limited access to care.

Dr. Kingsolver enjoys providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. He strives to make each visit to the dental office an enjoyable experience. When not involved in dentistry, Dr. Kingsolver enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. His hobbies include hunting, mountain biking, and fly fishing.
Prior to working for Ridgeview Family Dental, Dr. Given earned his bachelors degrees from Dixie State University in Spanish and Chemistry followed by his Doctor of Dental Medicine from The University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Apart from working at Ridgeview Family Dental, Dr. Given has provided dental services at the Red Bird Mission, a rural community health center located at the foot of the Appalachian Mountains in South East Kentucky.
Originally from Colorado, Dr. Given now lives in Warrensburg with his wife and his four children. Outside of dentistry he enjoys spending time with his family as well as hunting, fishing, and woodworking.

Haven't smiled in over 30 years. Not one of my thousand family or personal photos. This is the first time I'm proud to say, I DON'T HATE MY SMILE! God bless the workers here for giving me the courage to smile and wear it proud! I would give ten stars if I could.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a question on the billing and the staff patiently explained it to me. The doctors are also very thorough in their examination. Dr. Given even took the time to have a second consultation with Dr. Young. I am very satisfied with their service and care.

My 3 year old son went here for his first checkup, then a fill. Both time the techs and dentist were phenomenal, great to children and made him feel very comfortable in an awkward/uncomfortable environment, I would recommend them for children and adults! Beautiful facility and great house keeping standards! This is a well built and professional business!

I choose Dr Young and his practice because they can do anything I need for dental work. The staff and Dr Young are very courteous and listen to your concerns. They are attentive when they are doing procedures to ensure you are comfortable and not in pain.Dr Young and his staff let you know what they are doing or about to do and have no problem answering questions that I have. Recommend to anyone .

My young kids and I all come here for our dental visits. All the hygienists have been fast but gentle, which I greatly appreciate. My 3 year old just had his first visit, and he freaked out. But they were patient and encouraging to both he and I. The dentists are personable and make sure to listen and answer questions instead of breezing in and out. I really like that I have the option of staggering their appointments to be in with each of my kids, or sending the older ones on their own so I can get them all done at once.

Absolute WORST dentist I've ever come across!! A week ago yesterday (Thursday) my mother went into see this dentist because she was having extreme tooth pain. The dentist stated that the tooth was absessed and needed pulled. He stated she should do a round of antibiotics first but that he was doing to go ahead and pull it anyways! Not only was the incorrect, but he ALSO shouldn't have pulled it that day due to her being on blood thinners. Today is Friday March 5, 2021 and she has not been able to eat a single bite of food since the day she had the tooth pulled. It bled from 1:30pm last Thursday until Saturday afternoon! It wouldn't clot because he shouldn't have pulled it without stopping her blood thinners prior to that! Since then she has been in the ER three times and to see the dentist twice more. They've done nothing but keep giving her different antibiotics and telling her to alternate ice and heat. Well now. Over a week later she's finally in a better hospital facing surgery due to the damage that dentist cost her! I wouldn't take my Worst enemies pet ferret to this joker let alone a human being ever again!!

Today was such a pleasant experience! I haven't ever enjoyed a dental appointment because of past experiences from the time I was 12 years old having to get braces, having 4 permanent teeth removed and enduring 4 years of torture. The staff at Ridgeview, Oak Grove were considerate, helpful and educational. I had tried the big corporate dental clinics for the last 5 years & was very disappointed because I felt like a number. I am retired and on Medicare & really appreciate being made to feel that my needs are being coonsidered and met! Thank you Michelle, Megan & Dr. Jason!

Everyone is always friendly. My schedule is sometimes hard to work around and they always try to accommodate it. It's nice to have more then one office available. I love the care they give to their patients.

HANDS DOWN, the best dentist I have ever went to. Dr. Young cares a lot for the the patients' comfort. He is more than willing to talk to you and coach you through the most minor of procedure. The staff is very professional. I have always been greeted warmly by the front office staff every time.
