My dad (70 yr old) has always been intimidated by dentists due to his health (he suffers from high blood pressure and diabetes) and I accompanied him to his appointment and we had a wonderful experience. He was treated with such care and attention. We highly recommend Dr. Angela. Simply the best, better than all the rest.

Had 2 root canals / crowns done here back in 2020 (last molar teeth on the upper and lower right portion of the mouth). The bottom molar lasted about a year and half before it had to be extracted (December 2021). VIsited Dr. Zavulunova on September 2021 to complain about dental pain and infection symptoms, but she dismissed it without prescribing any antibiotics. Fast forward to 12/2021, visited another dentist that noticed the bottom molar crown had signficiant bone loss from infection and a gum abscess (end result : extraction). Now, the upper molar crown is giving me monthly infection where the 2nd general dentist is recommending an extraction as well.

Excellent dentist! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everyone that works there is very friendly, great staff. The cleanest waiting room and exam rooms I've ever seen,....spotless! Highly recommend.

100% RECOMMEND!! If you've been looking for a dentist, come here! Dr. Angela is caring, smart, a complete professional with an amazing staff! I came in to replace a crown that was 30 years old and walked out with the cleanest, most amazing smile ever! The process was explained and I felt very comfortable about it all every step of the way. I would highly recommend anyone to make an appointment and come here! You'll be so happy you did!

I hate going to the dentist but i think I just found one I really like. My girlfriend referred me and I haven't been this impressed with a doctor in years. She and I will both be returning for implants after the holidays. The doctor made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Dr. Angela is a very warm and friendly person. She will make you feel welcome. If you hate going to the dentist and not sure where to go then you have found the perfect dentist. I had a tooth extraction and didn't believe it when she told me that she was done. I am now a faithful client for life.

I have been a patient of Ridge Family Smiles for 4 years and I couldn't be happier. I take 3 trains from Forest Hills Queens just so Dr. Angela can work on me. She is caring and kind and super knowledgeable. She's the most personable doctor I've ever had. In addition, she has moved her office to a new location in brooklyn and it's clean and beautiful! My temperature was taken and I was asked to wash my hands upon arrival. I felt safe and in good hands. Going back for a long overdue implant in 2 weeks and I can't wait for my smile to be while again! Thank you Dr. Angela!

New Patient: First thing, the office was extremely clean and nice. The ladies at the front desk was very professional. I was there to have my wisdom tooth extracted. I am EXTEMELY afraid of needle. Prior to me going, I sent an email to see if I could be put to sleep. I was surprise when I to heard back from Dr. Angela that same night. (via text) She explain the entire procedure. She assured me I wouldn't feel any pain. So she gave me an appointment for the next day.(happy) I was still skeptical and nerves, .however Angela was professional, and patient. I didn't feel any pain only pressure. Thank you Dr. Angela for your excellent job, keeping your word, and making me feel comfortable. Update to my recovery in a few days.

I was in pain like never before in my whole entire life. I needed a retreatment of a root canal on my #18 tooth, to make a long story short I called Ridge family smiles office and was able to get a appointment due to a patient cancelation with Dr. Zavulunova. I was really Impress with the job she Perform I had a emergency situation and really appreciate her help of taking me in as a first time patient . First time at this office and from the minute you walk through the door the whole staff was so friendly and helpful! Dr. Angela took the time to explain the procedure and answered all follow up questions without hesitation. Also sent an email after to say it was a pleasure to treat you!!!!!

Doctor Angela has been my dentist for three years now and I will not be changing. Her office is always spotless and she has a close relationship with all her patients so she is always familiar with what you will need to come in for and she extracted 3 of my wisdom teeth and she does it in less than a minute. She always works quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend going to Angela because it's always a warm welcome when you enter her office and she always knows what she's doing.
