As usual, my appointment was an excellent experience! The receptionist got me in on short notice as mine was a front tooth. I expected it to take a month or more to get my issue resolved. However, after today's visit, my issue will be resolved in three days! Dr McKenzie and his staff are absolutely the best! David Marcum

Very pleasant experience. Going to the dentist is not something most people like but they are always friendly and helpful and get you in and out promptly. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist. Also it's relaxing to sit in the chair and look out their large glass windows on the well manicured garden.

From the moment you walk through the front door and are greeted by the office staff it is a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. Wendy, my hygienist, is the sweetest person ever. Dr.McKenzie is knowledgeable, kind, caring and encouraging! He makes sure you know what to expect.There are no surprises. The way he cares about his patients is obvious! The view outside is beautiful from the dental chair. Huge windows allow a serene view of the garden. If you don't have a Dr. Rick McKenzie in your life, you ought to get one! I'll share him!

The staff are all incredibly welcoming and polite. As they work, they ask you personal questions to get to know you and will actually keep up to date on what's been going on with you between cleanings. They have kept up to date on my employment and other things I've had coming up. On my most recent cleaning, I asked about sizing down a chip on my front tooth, to which they did quickly, professionally, and also without any extra charge. All in all, they make you feel at home and are most definitely the best dental practitioners I've ever been to.

Dr McKenzie and his great staff , from the front office and dental staff are tremendous in all that they do . I recently had my teeth cleaned and they do an excellent job. kudos to Wendy for cleaning up my teeth .
