He said I had 10 cavities, filled 5 of them on one side. I thought something was wrong, and went to another dentist where I was told I had none! He filled cavities that weren't there. Then, sent a huge bill and didn't file my insurance. Insane he's still in business!

Terrible customer service. It's a huge hassle to make appointments, nobody answers the phone or calls you back if you leave a message. After not receiving a call back after leaving a voicemail, I called again to set up a cleaning. Had to hang up and try 2 different extensions to talk to a real person, who set me up with an appointment for 2 weeks later. When I showed up, the receptionist told me I was not on their schedule. She told me she sent me an email to cancel my appointment because they only had one hygienist. When I told her I wasn't expecting an email because I always corresponded by phone with the dentist office, she said she was "too busy" to personally talk to patients (despite the office being entirely empty). Her only response to my distress was that she was "sorry you don't check your email." She additionally did not offer to reschedule my appointment, and said that I was on a "shortlist" instead. I used to like this place, but since COVID I've had the worst experiences trying to get an appointment. I was able to make an appointment with a different dentist who answered the phone right away. I will not be coming back. Don't waste your time here.

Due to moving here right before covid I did not find a dentist for 2 years. Needless to say I needed some deep cleaning. The dental hygienists are so incredibly kind and gentle! The office staff are very welcoming and efficient, always taking the time to explain benefits and any additional costs. And lastly, Dr. Harrison is very thorough and takes his time to answer any and all questions I have. Couldn't recommend this practice more!

If you live in Jacksonville Beach this is the Dentist office for you. I had a great experience with my last visit to Dr. Harrison's office. There timely and professional nature are good reasons to use his office for all your dental needs.

I have been going to this office for many years and always get great service and today was no exception Dr Harrison and Drea measured me for a crown, put in the temporary crown and got me out in time for an important appointment Just the usual great service that they are known for Clearly the best dentist office around
