Jessica is a 2007 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland. She has worked with Dr. Dawson since graduation and has developed into a highly skilled, well rounded hygienist.As a long time member of the team, she enjoys the relationships she has developed with her patients. She always strives for a positive patient experience and collaborative care plans for optimal health. In her time away from the dental chair, Jessica has a full and busy life with her husband Bryan, and two young children, Bristol and Cole.
Holli is a 2004 Dental Hygiene graduate and has been working with Dr. Dawson since 2005. She received the Hu-Freidy Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence. Holli provides her patients with a gentle and thorough hygiene experience and she has a passion for periodontal disease control. She is an enthusiastic advocate for preventive dental care and is committed to helping patients. Her goal as a Registered Dental Hygienst is to make her patients comfortable with their dental experience and to help her patients achieve their optimum oral health status. When not working, Holli enjoys the beach, running, hiking, skiing and traveling. Holli lives in Salisbury, with her daughter and son.
Grace has been a Dental Assistant since 2013.She continued her path of learning to acquire her Certified Dental Assisting license in 2016. With a smile on her face and a gentle hand, she continues to strive to give the best care our patients deserve.
Alisha has been a Dental Assistant since 2003, and has worked with Dr. Dawson since 2017. She is hard working, dedicated, and determined to comfort our patients with great chair-side care. In her spare time, Alisha loves spending time with her family.

Came to Dr. Dawson's office after a bad experience with another dentist. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Dawson made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way! Highly recommend.

Best Dentist I've seen in years. Dr. Dawson saved 2 teeth that cracked below the gum line. Others suggested removing the teeth. So glad I went to Dawson. I give him a 12 on a scale to 10.

I used to dread going to the dentist until I went to Dr. Dawson's office. I now go regularly and have for years. Very pleasant staff and going to dentist is NO Longer dreadful. Thank you all for all you do.

I love Dr. Dawson and his staff! He is knowledgeable and very personable. He listens intently to any dental problems/concerns you may have and gives you honest answers. The Dental Assistants I've had contact with are top-notch as well.
