Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Our dental office uses the latest state-of-the-art equipment and cutting edge technology and we uphold the strictest sterilization techniques. We know that many people may feel anxious about coming to the dentist, so it is our goal to make your visit with us as pain and anxiety free as possible. We view it as our mission to educate our patients about all of their oral health care options and to help guide them to choose a treatment plan that is most suitable and appropriate for their needs.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We accept many insurance plans including most major PPO's. To find out if we accept your plan, please call our office.
There is no ID card, any group or member number to bring in with you. All your membership information is kept in your electronic record. Your effective date is the day you sign up and your expiration is 365 days later. You must contact the office to re-enroll prior to services being performed after expiration date.

I called to ask to change my appointment from 3 to a little later because I thought I was going to be a little late. She was confused over the phone and so I said okay be in at 3. Later she called and said I could even come at 4. I arrived at 3:30 and they denied me because I quote on quote didn't confirm my 4:00 appointment via phone. This was so ridiculous and waste of my time!

After recently moving to Kentucky , I had a dental emergency . I have a huge phobia of dentists and everyone there were the kindest people I have ever met ! They listened to my fears and reassured me every step of the way . I cannot recommend them enough. They were gentle as well. I am so thankful to have found them and if anyone has any dental fears , please give them a try ! I am so glad I did !

My children recently started being seen here and we are glad we made the change. Everyone is always so polite, friendly, and helpful. Service is great. After cleaning the kids' teeth, the dental hygienists came out and took the time to explain all conerns or comments to me. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

This was my first ever dentist appointment. I had broken a tooth while eating. From the way it had broken, Dr. Ross said it was best just to pull it. I was soooooooo scared I couldn't stop squirming around and crying, but they were so sweet and patient and even held my hand while administering the numbing shots. If it's your first visit, just know- a topical numbing agent keeps the shots from hurting and the shots keep the pulling from hurting. DON'T BE SCARED!! It really will be okay. (I know it won't help to read that, but I promise it's all good.) :-) THANKS SO MUCH TO THE STAFF!! <3 <3

This is my second visit to the office, but my first review. My first visit was a consultation and the staff was great. Second visit I had a partial cleaning and filling. The doctor was FANTASTIC! I have difficulty getting numb and staying numb during procedures and he knocked it out the park! No pain. My Hygienist was also FABULOUS. She took her time, extremely gentle, and explained everything she was doing. I have found my new dentist while living here. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and amazing staff! Dr. Ross is great at what he does and the hygienist is the sweetest! Jerlyn is so welcoming and texts you reminders if you suck at answering your phone like I do. I will never go anywhere else. They definitely make you feel like family!

I cannot brag on this dental office enough! These guys are the best of the best. I would never go to any other dentist office! You are greeted with a smile every single time you walk in their doors by Jeralyn! The dental hygienist Jessica is top-notch! Dr. Ross is professional, patient, gentle and listens to any concerns I have!
