My husband made a dentist appointment for him and our son. Our son is starting school soon and needs to be seen ASAP and my husband has been in terrible pain from his teeth. When he made the appointments they said they gave him the soonest they had which was over 3 weeks. Which is understandable. However, we arrived on the scheduled date and time. Their appointments were for Friday 7/22 at 1:30 and 2:30. But the door was locked. No one was there. Except one woman, sitting in the back, who says the place is closed. I look on Google it says the place closes on 3pm on Fridays. So I call, thinking maybe the door is just stuck, or accidentally locked. The voicemail says that they close at 1pm. They called my husband yesterday to confirm both his appointments, even asked for clarification because our son is his Junior and they were confused about the same name for 2 appointments. Very disappointing. I don't understand why that kind of error could happen, especially with such a small place in such a small area.

I just received a call from the "happy" secretary. There's one there that's always so nice and then there's this one. She's plain nasty and should NOT be working with the public the way she talks to people. She's so miserable!!!!. Like the world doesn't have enough of that already. No wonder people prefer to go to Schoharie!!!

I tried to find a dentist that took my insurance and see me ASAP because I was in so much pain. I spoke to Nicole the receptionist she told me they took my insurance and got me in the same day. Come to find out I had an abscessed tooth which had to be lanced and scheduled another appt. to have my tooth extracted. Next morning I felt so much better. Dr. Alwakfi and staff were great!!!

Absolutely awesome, I'm 40 and squirm like a kid going to the dentist. I had serious issues. Not only fillings but needed a new top plate and a lower partial. Trust me, at 40 with those, know teeth. They were awesome, the dentist that did my fillings was cool as as ice. And the lady that did my replacement plate and partial should be sworn in as a saint. I was a d,,k. You won't find anyone better. And I did check the reviews, the lady at the desk didn't deserve that. She was awesome to me. I really liked her also. I'll see you for my cleaning. Terrible don't go here.. they are supposed to make ur smile great and better but all they do is take ur money and the receptionist treats u bad they don't care about ur smile and how it looks . Your smile is a permanent thing... The receptionist I what makes ppl return however not here!!!. All it takes is one bad egg to ruin a bunch

The Dentist and the nurses are fabulous!! I love coming here!! however the receptionist should not be in this field. Her mannerism with people is terrible, she is rude, has no compassion or care for you and how your feeling. She needs to find another profession. I had a tooth ache and was concerned if the antibiotics would conflict with the meds I was on, she said to me "how would I know, ask the pharmacist"., The tone in her voice was "annoyed" and "bothered" that I asked her. I have similar experiences with her every time I call. She is always rude.

I've been going to this Dentist for 10 years now. He is EXCELLENT and so is his staff. Anyone upset with the receptionist for not telling you if antibiotics conflict with your meds, here's a news flash, receptionist is a receptionist , not a doctor, dentist or pharmacist.

Today my daughter went in for a tooth that was bothering her, had a xray done on the tooth (back right side) Then he used floss on the right side, determined she needed the tooth filled ......we go to a different area to have her tooth filled , but he starts filling a tooth in the back left side. I asked him what he was doing, that's not the tooth..and he claims this one is bad. I ask my daughter to point to the tooth and it's the other side as I knew.... He then asks me who I'm texting as I was texting my husband to tell him what had just happened..This man is negligent and his receptionist and dental assistant that was helping him are no better, very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE

Very professional, I've always been treated well here, everyone is polite, courteous and friendly, the hygienist and Doctors are great
