Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and the friendships that Ive built with my patients and their families are one in a million. It has always been my focus to make each patient feel at-home when they come to me for treatment and I work hard to give my patients the attention they deserve. I strive to be the best and most elite Richmond, Virginia orthodontist.
I received my bachelors degree in Business Management fromNorth Carolina State University(Go Pack!) and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from theUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.
I am a member of theOmicron Kappa UpsilonDental Honor Society, and have received numerous honors and awards. My orthodontic training was completed in Richmond, Virginia, at theVCU/MCVcampus, where I received a Master of Science in Dentistry.
I am truly blessed to live and work in such a wonderful community. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families, and it is always such an honor to know that I have made a difference in so many of my patients lives. Dr. Jarrett was born in New York City and raised in Edina, Minnesota. There, he developed his passion for team sports and played in the renowned Minnesota State Hockey Tournament. He then attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, earning a B.A. degree in Chemistry and playing varsity soccer. He returned to his hometown to volunteer in providing dental services to the less fortunate and coach youth hockey before leaving the frozen tundra of Minnesota for the Windy City of Chicago, Illinois, where he received his D.M.D. from Midwestern University.
Following dental school, Dr. Jarrett completed his post-graduate training in orthodontics and also earned a Master of Science degree at UNLV. Outside of the office, Dr. Dan can be found cheering on the Vikings, cycling, and looking for his ball on the golf course.

We love RVO! Everyone is fun and outgoing which makes it so comfortable and welcoming! They do a give back quarterly for local charity which we absolutely love!!

I made a consultation appointment with RVO to see what my options would be for braces/Invisalign. From day one, I always felt like my teeth/smile was their main priority. Lindsay was great in helping me set everything up. Shelby was fantastic in making sure I was happy with my appointment . Saurah was always so kind and was great at explaining all of my options. What a seamless process throughout. Thank you Dr. Jones and the whole team for making me feel much more confident in my smile!

It is a very nice building, super clean, and modern-looking. The staff is super kind and the fact that you can get a coffee made for you at a dentist office is just amazing! The actual Invisalign trays fit very well and are straightening my teeth perfectly. Overall, RVA Orthodontics is a very nice place.

Ok so I see all good reviews for this office which I can understand. The decor and building amenities are nice and the doctors are kind but the overall process could be improved with Invisalign. Simple things like providing clients a paper or emailed schedule of how often trays should be changed would be nice if it was standard and not something we had to ask for after getting behind. I had to use a permanent marker to date all of the tray bags myself once home which is fine but unnecessary for the client. A schedule would be beneficial for everyone by keeping clients on track. Secondly clients should be told that elastics aka rubber bands should be changed multiple times per day. I wasn't even aware of this until months into my service. The doctors are kind but those who assistant must remember that this isn't common knowledge for us. Sometimes when doing a job daily we assume clients know the run down but this is what we are paying you for, to educate, not just stuff the tray bags in a box and send us on our way. These may seem like small items but they directly effect the progress of the dental work itself. The free Starbucks coffee is a great touch but we are here to get our teeth straighten. Be well.

We absolutely love RVO and Dr Jones! Great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very organized from beginning to end with my daughter's expander and braces.

1)Initially they said Invisalign is good and we are using regularly but now almost at the end of the treat they say it is not working and need to do braces... and they are asking to pay for braces like $750. This is waste of money and time. I heard the same complaint from 3 other parents for the treatment at the same location. I won't suggest this location to any one they are just doing business instead of treatment 2)I have appointment I went 7 min late they cancel my appointment. I requested them traffic or some other problems but they won't listen.

I live about an hour away and sometimes I have to reschedule appointments due to work or school and Sydney the front desk coordinator is always so kind with rescheduling my appointments. The staff is very nice and chill. Dr Jarrett is a really cool doctor and every time I go in he is very nice to me. I Rex commend this office, very pretty!

I am so impressed with RVA Orthodontics. They have state of the art equipment which shows how my teeth will look after the Invisalign treatments are done. Everyone I've worked with is caring and personable. I am glad I found such a great place to fix my teeth and would highly recommend them.
